Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Germantown, Nashville

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom Airbnb in Nashville! The place was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My family especially enjoyed the pool, and we loved having the Pasteria restaurant just a short walk away. The gym was also a nice bonus. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Magnolia #13 for a bachelorette party. The townhouse is located in a beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and had several restaurants and cafe at a walking distance. It was also a short 10 min Uber ride from downtown. It was well stocked, with the exception of baking sheets/trays/oven dishes that we needed one time when we were trying to use the oven. Besides that, I would highly recommend!

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament. This place was perfect for my family of 4. It was close to everything and having access to the pool after a hot day was perfect. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again

This place was great and perfect for my stay for the month! Archie 🐶 really loved the big fenced in backyard to play in. It was the perfect balance of a neighborhood feel with cute local places right around the corner, yet super close and a short and cheap uber ride to broadway. Mary was super accommodating and provided great local recommendations! I will definitely try to book her place in the future when I come back to Nashville!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Communication was excellent, very easy stay, beautiful place, very convenient location. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in Nashville.

We were just passing through Nashville and only got to stay one night. "Cora's" place was exactly as described. There's tons of books and music to pick from. Only wish that I had more time to explore Alvin's music collection and by the way, you are only 5 miles from Broadway street!!!

Wow! What a fantastic home! Super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The upper deck was a great place to chill and relax. The location was walkable to great restaurants and we did walk to Broadway once before dark. Uber / Lyft was always available and not very expensive as it was a fairly quick drive. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. We were thankful for the secured covered "garage" around back when we saw there may be a hail storm overnight. Would definitely recommend this beautiful well kept home! When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Isabeau and Shaun were wonderful hosts. from the beginning they were extremely communicative, even proactively offering a discounted rate if we wanted to extend our stay. They are very well organized, everything is very detailed in their messages and the app used for more info on their property. Very peaceful but fun neighborhood with ready, quick access to some of the busier areas like Broadway and Music Row while still offering plenty in walking distance. We had a great time and would certainly stay again!

Violet was a lifesaver with this last minute booking. After explaining our situation she was able to get us an early check-in to her cozy cottage. Violet was very helpful and responsive and the home was safe, cozy, and gave a homey feel. Pictures are true to their word, home is older but every thing worked perfectly and shower had great water pressure. Definitely recommend this place.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

This was our 3rd time staying at Nicole's beautiful home. I had to look back because it seems like we've stayed there more times than that. Nicole is a great host, communication is easy and fast, and we always love coming to Nashville and staying with her. Her home is exactly what we need, has everything we could want, is convenient, and we feel so comfortable every time. We most definitely will keep coming back!

Next time I’m in Nashville I will be looking to rent this first. Matthew was great from start to end and was super helpful

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

Our host James was very accommodating as we had an unexpected situation come up. His response was timely and he was very kind. Thanks James!

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!
