Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Germantown, Nashville

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Me and my group loved our stay! The neighborhood was nice and was in a great location. It has places you can walk to and very commutable to downtown. The backyard and firepit were a great addition. The inside looks exactly like the photos and we were all very comfortable during our stay. Would recommend!

Very cute place and plenty of space for a small group. Pretty convenient, definitely walkable to a lot of things in Germantown but a little far to Broadway (though very reasonable to scooter or bike). Reasonable price for the space and location, we had a great time!

Our first AirBB and it was fabulous. We felt so at home and peaceful settings. It is 9 min. from Broadway to all the action. You couldn't ask for a better place. We will be back Cody. Keep the light on.

Beautiful home with an awesome view of the city. Rooms are big and accommodated all of our needs. Kitchen was fully equipped! Nicole and Shawn were very fast at responding when I reached out to them. Would definitely stay again!

A very nice place! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to Kroger and many fantastic restaurant! We enjoyed our stay!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Jennifer and Jacob were kind and responsive hosts. Their condo was clean, comfortable, and included all the amenities you could want. We especially loved the record collection, and the double sinks in the bathroom. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and they responded immediately, and were extremely helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but still close to all the excitement of the city. The farmers market is amazing! There are many options for food, entertainment and activities close by. We would definitely book again!

we really enjoyed our stay here! Lauren was super helpful & responsive during the whole process. this house is located in a quiet neighborhood which was super nice. highly recommend staying here!!

The apartment was immaculate. the bed was very comfortable. the hosts were very quick to respond and to ix the only small issue we had with a tv remote. we were out and they notified me that it was fixed within a 1/2 hour. we would definitely use this property again in a heartbeat!

The property was well-maintained and was well-represented by the photos. I would definitely recommend Cortlandt's place and would book again when and or if I'm back in the Nashville area.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Barry’s. Before we arrived, Barry reached out and gave us clear check in instructions so there was no confusion. He greeted us when we arrived and had our dog meet his dogs (who were all lovely) so that they warmed up to each other quickly. The Airbnb itself was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was even a bowl of peanut m&ms waiting for us on the counter (dangerous, but a great treat). The washer and dryer in the unit was a great touch, as we were able to do a load of laundry before we headed home. The location of the Airbnb is phenomenal—15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. And the neighborhood is serene. We cannot recommend Barry and his Airbnb enough to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially if you are bringing your dog with you. Thanks for a great stay, Barry!
