Great place, nice and clean. The set up is extremely spacious. Everything is within close distance. Couldn’t get into the apartment at one point and they hurried to help and gave me an extra key. I love it and would stay again!

This was a fantastic place to stay and relax while at a conference in Gainesville. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and had everything you needed. Hosts were very friendly. It is tucked away in the trees, very peaceful. Everything was great.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Ann was an amazing host kind, communicative, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and we are especially grateful for how sweet she was with our son. The space felt peaceful, private, and very well-maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to unwind. Thank you, Ann, for everything! 🌟

Victor’s place was perfect and met all of our needs. It was clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. We are definitely hoping to stay here again.

Just enough space for two and a small dog. Bed comfortable and tall enough for easy getting in and out. Apartment was clean and kitchen sufficed for two. The only issue we had was the low toilet and living room furniture as they were not really suitable for anyone with bad knees.

We were in High Springs for a 5 day conference which was a five minutes drive away from the house. The house was beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bedrooms were very nice. Loved the master bedroom and bathroom (spacious). Steven was a great host. Always attentive and responsive to any issues or questions. Highly recommend and would rent again.

The location is perfect for who is visiting the Springs nearby, it’s close to downtown, markets and restaurants. The location is quiet, and the house has everything you need, really clean. Hosts are amazing, and they offer early check-in if you need to get there earlier! I definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Shawn's place was wonderful! We felt right at home and all slept so GREAT! We will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it there! Everything was exactly like the pictures showed. Overall AMAZING!!!

This is an awesome place. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home. It looks simple from outside but is spacious and well-furnished inside. Big backyard, outdoor sitting area, fully stocked inside, plenty of bedding. If we ever go back to this city, we will definitely use Paige's airbnb again.

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

The Host had amazing communication before arriving, after arriving, and before checkout. The apartment was extremely clean and had a nice homey feel. Very close to Publix and within walking distance to UF. Lots of students walking in the morning/day to their classes. In addition, there was a vast selection of restaurants decide from. Harry's and The Paper Bag are our top choices.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
