We didn't get to enjoy all the house had because we were on the move the whole time we were there. But would love to go again! It was clean, and had all the extras to make you feel like you were wanted there. Hosts were great with our requests regarding pets, and we were very grateful. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

I made a trip to visit family in Newberry Florida not knowing what was around. I stumbled across this place and it was very close to my family so I booked it from day one they were absolutely wonderful allowed me to have early check-in since my flight was coming in early gave me local recommendations Even made sure I knew there were local neighbors and themselves because I was traveling alone without my husband and was nervous, I literally cannot say enough great things about this property and about these hosts!! now I will book at this spot every time I go down to visit family, 1000 out of 10!!!

What a beautiful home, from the moment we walked in, it was so comfy and homey. The home was just as described and most importantly it was very clean! The surroundings were so peaceful and green. The hosts were amazing, really went over and beyond to make us feel at home. They thought of everything by providing toiletries in case we forgot something and some welcome treats as well which was a very special surprise. We were in town for graduation but we will definitely be back just to relax and enjoy the tranquility this home offers.

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean and in a good location. We never felt unsafe. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Also, because it’s Gainesville, everything is 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

I loved our stay at JP's place. This home had an old country charm to it. I didn't know I had a liking to old homes until this experience. The home was upgraded and decorated nicely without taking away any of the charm. It has a very big backyard where my husband and son practice baseball. I even got to see Red Robbins in the backyard on trees that are easily 60 to 100 years old. Overall, I just loved the look and feel of this home. Thank you JP for sharing.

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood with wide open spaces allowing for privacy poolside. We enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are luxurious! A wonderful home for a weekend away!

Just 3 minutes from Champions Park, the location was perfect for my daughter’s tournament. Owner responded quickly when I messaged her. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and free of clutter. We all slept well, and there were plenty of extra towels and linens available. While there were a few minor imperfections —such as some stains on the carpet, broken blinds, and black marks in the kitchen sink—they didn’t impact our stay at all. We’d stay again, especially because of the convenient location.

I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb in High Springs, and I can't recommend it enough! - **Cleanliness**: The place was super clean, which made us feel right at home. - **Convenience**: It was incredibly convenient with e-b charging available and a garage, making our stay hassle-free. - **Pet-Friendly**: The Airbnb had everything we needed for our dog, which was a huge plus! - **Yard**: The yard was amazing, providing a beautiful space for relaxation and play. - **Rooms**: All the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect! I’m already thinking about our next trip, and I’m hopeful that we can catch this place again.

I’m very pleased with our stay at Nancy’s RV. My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in the area where we could bring 2 of our large dogs. Nancy’s RV got my attention. I read the reviews and reached out to Nancy with a couple concerns I had and she was more than willing to accommodate us. Nancy was very responsive and kind even when I was hesitant to stay (because of my large dogs). We loved the privacy and the fenced in area for our dogs to be able to run around off leash. Greyson the horse was super sweet. Nancy provided detailed information and instructions for everything and for someone who loves details, I was and am impressed! The RV is definitely secluded which I love! If you love an adventure and aren’t scared to be in the woods I’d suggest book this RV! I think one of my favorite things was seeing all the stars at night! I’m from small town Tennessee and lived in Florida 10 years.. I MISS that small town county feel that I got at Nancy’s! Thank you Nancy!

We had a great time at Johnny’s place. The house was perfect for accommodating a large group. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with families of deer roaming around which was beautiful to see. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the seventies feel it had. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. I really can’t say enough great things about our time here.

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Our stay at Penelope Pt was amazing. Our hostess when over and beyond. The house was decorated beautifully. It felt like home instantly. The view of the pasture, large trees and the donkeys were serene. We spent much time on the porch watching deer and sunsets. The outside pavilion was also great to spend time outside and cook out. We fell in love with the donkeys. What personalities they have! Takara truly thought of everything to make our stay incredible. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with quality products. We have stayed in many properties but this one was by far the best. I wish I could rate it 10 stars. Thank you Takara for a winter we will never forget. Ps, the town of High Springs is great and a visit to one of the many springs is also something not to miss! Beautiful….
