Monthly Rentals in Frutigen District

The stay was fantastic. Beautiful view and scenery. Laundry room was provided for free. The only problem is that we have to carry the luggages to third floor not advisable for elderly with knee problems. Overall it was a great stay!

The surroundings of Doris' apartment are simply WONDERFUL, a special place that will make you feel immense regret when you have to leave. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need, and Doris makes you feel at home, always ready to help you make your stay a great experience. The place is about a 10 minute (slightly uphill) picturesque walk from Frutigen Bahnhof. Its a cosy, clean space with old European vibes. The place also has wireless phone charging (not mentioned in the amenities), which was helpful for us, since we had missed carrying ours. Claudia was responsive to any queries we had. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and love to revisit.

Markus & Barbara have created the perfect place, without doubt the best accommodation we have ever had in Switzerland - and we’ve stayed in a lot! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. It’s a very spacious, modern ground floor apartment as part of the family house and exceptionally well-equipped. Super comfortable bed and a good walk- in shower. The log burner was a cozy addition which Barbara helped us to light when it was cold. The place is a short (2km) cycle ride or drive to the station and from there you can get to anywhere in Switzerland. The bus stop is a very short walk at the end of the road, with buses to Frutigen, Adelboden and Kandersteg. It’s surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, and the family’s small herd of cows are just outside with their bells. Barbara and Markus are so very friendly and welcoming, we’d go back in a heartbeat!
