The old Frutigland Chalet was completely renovated in 2005. The landlords live on the upper floor of the house. We speak German, French, English and Italian. We guarantee the tenants an unforgettable vacation with valuable tips for excursions and hikes. Ideal for 2 people, possibly with toddler. The cozily furnished 2-room apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the private garden seating with a grill. Here you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Free covered carport.

We particularly enjoyed the wood burning stove and LOVED the hot tub (a must have). The 15 minute walk through gorgeous cow fields from the train makes you feel connected with nature and the Swiss Alps. Guests must bring their own bath towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels. The house must be left clean – including cleaned bedrooms, kitchen, toilets, and bathroom.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
