Ms. Helene is a great host and above all great person. Very cooperative, responsive and helpful.

The Matthiol serviced apartments are very nice. The apartment has modern furnishings, large fully equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. Our unit had a view of the Matterhorn too. Portier service from the Zermatt train station to the apartment was included and much appreciated. Future renters should be aware that Zermatt is a walking town and there is a bit of a hike up from the street to the apartment. We were all able bodied, so it wasn't an issue for us, but for those less able, a place on the flat section of Zermatt might be a better choice. We figured out the best way to get to the ski lifts from the apartment and we carried our ski boots and then put our shoes in a backpack while skiing. There are lockers available if you don't want to carry your walking shoes. The hot tub, steam and sauna were nice to have after skiing, but be aware that you will need to reserve your one-hour time slot by signing the sheet when you arrive. I highly recommend the Mattiol apartments!

The place was exactly as described, easy to keep in and out, large room, clean and everything you need. Even after the first night there were fresh towels. Everything is great :)

Location in the middle of Switzerland, perfect all year round. I'll be back next month. :)

Overall a great place located in a pedestrian street and a literal stone's throw from Lake Geneva. Plenty of grocery stores (Coop, Manor, Migros), restaurants, and boutiques are within 5 min walking distance. Very relaxing at night as there's virtually no traffic around the block. The building is an older construction -- this is the historic town after all -- but the condos have been fully renovated, well-equipped, and practical to live in. If you're lucky to get a lake-facing unit, you'll certainly enjoy the view while dining or watching TV ... Be mindful that as much as the pedestrian lifestyle is fantastic, it is a challenge to find free long-term parking in the area.

This is an incredibly well placed flat, with the eggs to go up at walking distance (or the bus shuttle), and the bars and boutiques of Megeve. The flat is spacious, and comfortable. I particularly loved that the kitchen was so well equipped with all sorts of pts and pans and tools, and there's a few useful items such as a little bit of washing liquid etc It is a rare find.

Nice apartment, convenient, in a nice place. Just be careful according to the seasons, no shops nearby. Good for taking the free train which is located just opposite, great! The only thing that surprised us a little was that we were asked to take out the trash, remove the sheets and clean the kitchen when we paid €100 for cleaning for 2 nights. Marc is super available and welcoming. Friendly place to relax.

Peaceful location, very cozy rooms.

To say that we were delighted is not strong enough. The accommodation is located in a private residence, common lounge on the ground floor, laundry, toilet, sauna (closed at this time) ski room (for winter), spacious double elevator, wide and quiet hallways. The apartment is conveniently located in the corner with two beautiful windows overlooking a large terrace each with views of the valley and mountains and views of the Mont Blanc mountain range for the other. The kitchen is very well equipped, new ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, an excellent microwave and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bedrooms are very good and functional, separate toilet and bathroom. The location is ideal, a short walk to the gondola, and a few minutes' walk to the center of Saint-Gervais. The apartment is clean, comfortable and with a fantastic balcony view. It is a short walk to the bus - so that even our kids didn't complain while carrying their ski equipment. Francisco was a lovely host, sharing information in a timely and helpful way throughout the stay. Grindelwald is a family favorite place for our ski vacations. Lots of different pistes to choose from and nearly unlimited options within the town for stuff to do and places to go/eat.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of beautiful Les Carroz. Ski bus stop 1 minute walk away for easy connection to the gondola. Apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults - really comfortable and very spacious, great beds, good shower with plenty of hot water, gorgeous sunny balcony, handy to have parking space. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely like to return. Carole was helpful, friendly and always quick to respond.

Very good stay at Manon's. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description and impeccably clean. The location is ideal for enjoying a moment of relaxation. Communication with the host was effective, Manon clearly cares about making the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place

Great stay only a 2 minute walk from both the Valeen and L’Alpin gondolas and a short walk into the centre which is nice and quiet but has great restaurants. Apartment was great for 4 and fit us well. Clean and tidy with good amenities in the building such as laundry and ski lockers etc. The only small downside was no oven but that is shown in the pictures of the apartment and only a sofa for 2 people but the dining table has enough comfortable chairs to socialise around in the main living area. Hosts were exceptional with great communication and would 100% stay again.

Everything went perfectly, from our arrival to our departure. We had a wonderful time, Jose is a great host. We would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.
