Dean was the best host my girlfriend and I have had! He is proactive, friendly, great with communication, and provides everything you need for a great stay. Not only this, but the place was extremely comforting and beautiful! We had an amazing stay and would love to stay here again! Not to mention this place is an amazing price for how nice the stay was! Thank you Dean! You rock😎

David's place was great - exactly as pictured and described. David provided great instructions ahead of time on how to get in and access the parking spot and was very responsive to questions. As someone who was only in town for a few nights, I greatly appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with the basics - no need to buy things that would get barely used (eg, keurig cups). David was also great about letting us know we could stay a bit longer on check out day based on the time of the cleaners arrival - and he offered to let us stay that extra hour without paying more - incredibly kind! I definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay if you’re in Chicago. Extremely friendly and safe neighborhood, very quiet. Easy access to the CTA and redline. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Chicago

The street that is in front of her BNB wasn't too busy and we could find the parking space easily. I know it may depend on, but it was really convenient to load and unload our stuff. It's the basement area, but very quiet most of the time; no noise from the ceiling. Again, it's a basement space, so it gives us a cosy feeling. They are easy to communicate with, and also they respect our privacy very well. Over all, it was a good stay. I recommend her place.
