Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Nice quiet place to rest. neighborhood was nice and host was nice and communicated very well! if I'm in the area again I will definitely see if his place is available.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

This is my second time staying at John’s place. It was just as I remembered it. Very peaceful and private. He was super quick to respond and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? We very much enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly House! We traveled with our son’s family and had plenty of space. A beautiful updated dinning table which also served wonderfully for gaming. We were visiting my daughter’s family in the area and even took family photos in front of the magnificent magnolia tree. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Beautifully designed very well thought out very clean perfect for what I needed!! Definitely will stay again! The blue walls were so cozy and homey and that’s why I picked it instead of the gray scale houses lol

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! (Experience talking here) We highly recommend this house! Thank you Dan and Veronica

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Oak Ridge. John and Amanda have a well designed and thoughtful home. Both beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well equipped for making quality meals. Gas stove and a nice fridge were welcomed pieces. Definitely a place we’d stay again.

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

Place was clean, just as described, everything (AC, water heater, etc.) worked great. Getting access to the room was very easy and we had no issues with the parking pass. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the place smelled amazing! The parking was such a fantastic perk, especially since finding parking in this area can be a challenge, especially now with the new baseball stadium nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to Gay Street and right across the street from Balter Beerworks, where the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Knoxville so I can book this awesome place again!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here! It was just what we needed: peaceful and serene, but a very close drive to all the attractions. The unit was even bigger than we thought it would be, so much space, and storage too! The bed was comfy, the unit was clean, the hot tub was fantastic, WiFi was fast for my husband and I as we both worked from home, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would 100% come back and stay! We’ve already recommended it to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Excellent place! Cute, well organized and clean. Lots of light <3 Within walking distant of Market Square. Will definitely stay again if we came back to Knoxville!
