Guest house holiday rentals in Fort Loudoun Lake

Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

Wonderfully quiet location, yet close enough to get to stores with a quick drive. Quiet roads even up into the nest neighborhood, thus great for walking my dog without all the fuss of packing up to get to a location. Michele and Joe are fabulous hosts and very responsive to any concerns. In the end they made me feel like part of their family during the time I was there. My dog and I will definitely return for a third stay and more!

This was our second time staying at Jaclyns home. It's beautiful and peaceful, quiet and comfortable. She is a gracious hostess and you feel like your home. We will definitely will be back.

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful area west of Knoxville. Perfect for one person or a couple looking for a more private stay that isn't too far from the city.

Forest Bliss it is. Instantly at peace. The property is beautiful and quiet such a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Everything was great. Lisa was very responsive and we were absolutely satisfied abd will recommend and return in the future.

This place is amazing! The jaw dropping views to the host Brian and Lise. I cant say enough good things about the place and the hosts. We arrived on June 6th about 3-330 pm. We all talked and introduced ourselves. (Brain, Lise (hosts), Jenny (my girlfriend) and I ) I got the truck and trailer parked then the car off the trailer. (Great communication from Lise on how to park before we even rented). After that Brian gave us a tour of the outside stuff. The grill, the fire pit and of course how to run the hot tub. When that was done we got all settled in to the place for our 3 night vacation. Those 3 days we drove and saw everything we could. At the end of each day we would relax with a soak in the hot tub and views. This is a must stay place! Brian and Lise are very mindful of your privacy and some of the nicest people I have met. the place was great, exactly what I needed for a weekend mtb trip at vee hollow trails.

Perfect for a couple's retreat. We spent 4 nights and fell in love with the area and all the bunnies, deer, turkeys and the geese. Made coming back to the beaches of Florida where we live a hard departure

Peaceful and quiet location, cute home that was exactly as described and pictured. Host assisted with helpful info prior to arrival. Would recommend as a fun, quiet, and convenient location.

The perfect place to stay in the Smokies for our small family. We will happily stay again on our next visit to Dollywood!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Great place. Big and wide open and very comfortable. It had everything. And a designated carport parking space.

Came up for two nights with friends to tour the Dragon and surrounding area with a truck and two motorcycles. Randy was communicative, led the way to a pretty quiet and isolated place, and was extremely helpful, flexible, and friendly in any way he could be! The loft itself was a beautiful, well-lit, and comfortable little space to come back to each night. Impressively fast wi-fi for the area. There were a few niggles - a finicky refrigerator, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms; but they couldn’t put a damper on the location and Randy’s hospitality. The overlook on the property was the icing on the cake. The long dirt road means this is NOT a getaway for my sports cars, but if I’m ever returning with friends for an off-road or motorcycle journey, this place will be on the shortlist of places to stay. Highly recommend.

This place deserves more stars than I can give. It is one of the cleanest places I have been. It is very private and SO quiet! My family and I had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back! Book your stay today, you will not be disappointed.

I had a great 4-week stay at Juan’s place! He was always quick to reply and very helpful. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived and dropped me off at the bus station when I left, which was a huge help. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and I felt right at home. There’s also a nice coffee shop within walking distance. Juan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Knoxville!
