Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fort Loudoun Lake

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Chris and Kelly's place was great for our long weekend in Knoxville. It was easy to access the dining and night life in downtown and around campus.

The home was beautiful and the area was peaceful. Our host was proactive and responsive. We were not at the property for most of our stay due to our basketball tournament but would have loved to have family time at the house. It was spacious and the backyard did not get used by us, but would be wonderful for a family to relax in.

Cute house, easy to find, close to downtown & the hottub/back yard are an added bonus. We had a small mishap at checkin, but everything was made right & didn't effect our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Thank you for sharing your hospitality and wonderful place with us!

Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! We enjoyed our time in Knoxville for our daughter’s college tour of UT! 🧡 The house was only a short drive to campus and was clean, cozy and well stocked! We would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? Total chef’s kiss—just the kind of simple touch that makes a place unforgettable. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot with us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

Great place and great hosts. We were just there two nights and it was perfect. Great location for us. Just as described. Easy parking. And super friendly hosts. Quality towels and linens. It’s not brand new but it’s clean, it’s roomy, it’s cute, it has everything we needed, it’s quiet, everything works. I’d definitely stay again!!

Super great host! VERY informative and sent photos with all the information we needed, LOVE that! Very comforting, super soft bedding, clean, lovely place to stay. Love the fenced in back yard for our golden retriever to play! 10/10 recommend for sure!

We throughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Big Sky Lodge. The location was perfect as it was on the “peaceful side of the Smokies” away from the craziness of the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. The view from the back deck of the house was a grass hillside with the foothills of the Smokies in the background. The layout of the house suited our party of five adults and one child. We spent most of our time on the back porch having dinners and playing games at the large table. The house is nearly new, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything that we needed was provided. We all agreed that this was the best Airbnb that we have ever rented. Thanks Robin!

We chose this cabin as a good jumping off point for our adventures in the national park, but it was a great destination in its own right. The kids really enjoyed the setting and fishing off the dock.

Joe and Karly were so kind and their cabin was everything we were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon. The location was private and serene. The cabin was clean and cozy with everything you could need! Joe and Karly let us know ahead of time about an unscheduled maintenance check happening to the cabin. They made sure we were taken care of and knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! It was beautiful and had breathtaking views! We miss it already!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was unforgettable. We had the best time in the cabin. The view is breathtaking and it's close enough to all the attractions and restaurants we went to. The cabin looks exactly as it does in the pictures and the area is very safe. We absolutely loved it!

Great place and location

We had a wonderful trip! Enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views from the deck. Our first time to the smoky mountains and we were very pleased with the location and ease of getting to the park. Especially enjoyed the quieter side of the park. Host was very responsive to our questions and things we needed help with. We would definitely stay at their properties again. Cozy bed and everything we needed for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This cabin was great. The bed was a little noisy getting off and on it from the side closest to the front door but besides that, I have nothing but great things to say. The location was secluded but close enough to everything. I could see where someone would complain about the road, however John let me know ahead of time of the condition and even sent a video. I knew what to expect.

This cabin was the perfect spot for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon! It's tucked back in the peaceful woods and is so beautiful to take in and be with nature. The hot tub was an added bonus! This cabin is the perfect place to get away!
