Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fort Loudoun Lake

The home is nothing short of spectacular!!! Luxurious, beautiful, and spacious !!! The mountain top view from the enormous living window is breathtaking. Perfect family getaway and we hope to return someday soon!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great spot close to the airport. Cool hot tub space. The space is just what we needed.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

I was in Townsend for a week and this place was perfect and exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the hot tub was a nice treat. Like others have mentioned the driveway was a tad steep in places. I have a 2 wd jeep and slipped a bit but was never worried I wasn’t going to make it. Since I was there for a week, I cooked a lot and I’d say the cookwear was a little limited. It wasn’t a problem because I ended up grilling but just something to be aware of if you are doing a longer stay. The location of this place is also amazing. It’s tucked away from a lot of main rentals and it’s 5 minutes to town and 15 from the Smokey park entrance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I really loved this mountain oasis with the ability to be close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge! Really beautiful view and peaceful, extremely clean space as well!

7 Acres is one of the best places we have rented (airb&b/vrbo)! The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. It literally had everything we needed. The setting is lovely and private and only a short drive to restaurants and activities in town. We had eleven people and there was still ample space for privacy if needed. Every couple and/or single had their own bedroom and bathroom, there are three large gathering spaces indoors plus two outdoor (one screened in and a deck) most with beautiful Mountain View’s. Highly recommended!

Location was great with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I originally booked a different property with BCCR, but a representative contacted me the morning of my check-in to let me know the hot tub wasn’t working at that property. They gave me several alternative options to choose from that were available and had working hot tubs. I was not charged more for the switch even though the one I chose was slightly more expensive. My stay ended up being very pleasant despite it not going as planned, and I was impressed by BCCR’s prompt and helpful communication. The gifted bottle of champagne for NYE was also a nice touch. I would recommend BCCR and the Snuggle Inn to friends and family.

Absolutely Perfect for a Family Gathering Our stay in Bryson City was phenomenal. The views alone are worth the trip—breathtaking mountain panoramas in every direction. But what really set this Airbnb apart was how thoughtfully everything was set up for a large, extended family to relax and reconnect. The gathering spaces—both indoors and out—were stunning and comfortable, perfect for everything from morning coffee to late-night games and conversations under the stars. The yard games and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours, and the coffee bar was a huge hit with everyone. The sound system and music setup made it easy to set the mood wherever we were. The unobstructed views of the pristine Smoky Mountains from the hot tub were beyond what we imagined. You can tell the hosts put real care into creating an experience. We made amazing memories here, and we’re already checking our calendars for when we can make it back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Daniel and Kelley's place even though it was just a couple of days. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. They were wonderful hosts who communicated everything we needed to know. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful river sounds, outdoor covered hotub- solar lights would have been nice, amazing firepit, porch and grill! I wish we had camping or beach chairs for river and when the walking bridge is repaired, wow such a great vibe at dinner @ The Abby! The interior is exquisite- games, tv, chairs to read and gorgeous windows throughout. You feel miles away but close enough.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

This place was excellent! We came here for our honeymoon and it was so hard to leave. Everything was clean, plenty of resources such as coffee, towels, etc, were available for use! I don’t think we skipped an evening in the hot tub or a morning on the top level taking in the scenery! I also appreciated our host checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. We are pretty picky when it comes to a place to stay on vacation, but this cabin fulfilled all of our needs plus more! We are already planning our next trip back here!

We had a great time staying at this cabin! They communicated great about the check in and check out. When we got there, they had so much to do for our kids! Our son is 8 and our daughter is 1, they both stayed entertained while we were there. Board games, fooseball and hot tub were their favorites. We enjoyed the peaceful environment, especially the wrap around porch! Definitely a great stay and we recommend to anyone! We even forgot our daughters stuffed duck and they offered to have it shipped back to us🤍

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location, and Thoughtful Service This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, modern chic, and the design and decor were thoughtfully done. The location was peaceful while still being just minutes from all the local attractions. Our kids especially loved it and looked forward to coming back to the cabin each day to enjoy the pool and outdoor space. We did run into a few minor issues during our stay, but the property management team responded quickly and professionally. They handled everything fairly and were very considerate of our time. Their priority was making sure we could relax and enjoy our vacation. Because of the beautiful property, convenient location, and excellent management team, we would recommend this cabin or any other property managed by Alex. They truly care about providing a memorable and elevated guest experience.

This place was lovely. The perfect combination of privacy and relaxation. Only about 30 minutes from anywhere you would need to go and quiet but not to secluded. The host was amazing and fast to respond. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Worth every penny.

My husband and I had a great time! The cabin was such a great space to relax and unwind. Getting to read on the back porch and relax after a long day on the trails was a highlight of our trip. Hope to be able to come back one day!

Loved our stay here, it was literally the perfect location, close enough to have a quick drive into Gatlinburg, yet it was in a quiet wooded area for us to enjoy the outdoors without people being nearby, our host was so quick to respond to any questions we had about the Air Bnb, he was also very polite and went above and beyond to make this such a special trip for us, we will definitely be booking here again!

The Eagle’s Nest was a magical place! There are several “above and beyond” thoughtful touches that made this one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in years. The hot tub was perfect - clean and hot! The views (including sunsets) were incredible! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect to cook our meals in, and we saw at least one bear almost every day. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up not doing as many things in the area because the peacefulness and views were best at our Airbnb. A couple of tips when you book this amazing place and do venture out. Google maps shows the road to Metcalf Bottoms is closed. It is open and the hike to Greenbriar School is well worth it! Our other favorites were the Wears Valley Zipline, Mountain Brothers General Store, and we enjoyed the zero lines at the Goats on the Roof coaster. This is a place you will definitely enjoy staying at!
