This was by far one of our favorite places to stay. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean comfortable, relaxing. The yard was bigger than I expected and was nice for the dog to be able to run around. Hot tub was hot and ready when we got there. It was so nice to relax and have a grand view. We had a little hiccup and one of the kids broke an antique lamp and Joe only charged me $40 which was better than I expected. We didn’t hear anything from upstairs. The beds were so soft. The kids had a lot of fun playing guitar hero. There was a full-size refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker with coffees. Would love to come back and highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Knoxville. Caleb was very kind and excellent to communicate with. Cozy is an accurate description for this apartment, you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The space itself really felt bigger than the pictures to me as the living room and kitchen are well decorated with books and historical artwork from the Knoxville area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area

Captain David’s was an amazing place to stay while visiting Maryville before moving here! Super clean, excellent recommendations from Captain David himself and wonderfully located! If fishing is your thing this is the place for you!! Will be recommending to family and friends in the future!!

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay! Ample room for eating, sleeping, and watching tv. Relaxing screened in porch. Beautiful grounds to walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place about 20 min from UTK closer to some restaurants and groceries. Very responsive and helpful. We were able to add days to our stay when our plans changed. No ceiling fan in BR but provided a fan when asked. Nice safe neighborhood.

This was SUCH a wonderful place to stay! My friends who live in Knoxville said it was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Traveling by myself, that's something I sometimes worry about, but I felt completely safe. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Some airbnbs feel like the host probably just bought some stuff to make the space because they had to, but this one truly felt like they did not skimp out on anything. The bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains meant I got amazing sleep. The shower was a luxury, too--great water pressure! It was all set up very thoughtfully. I thought it was cute that they had a bin for dirty dishes in case you wanted to use any of the dishes in the cabinet. I would highly recommend!

The location is absolutely fantastic! Superb views of the lake and rowing, great walking and biking trails, and a comfortable home-base to come back to from every adventure. We stayed for the ACRA Regatta, the National collegiate rowing championship, and were able to eliminate the hassle org paying for or finding parking and simply walk (or bike!) to the regatta. Dawn is a responsive hostess who was helpful and accommodating - I couldn’t ask for more from her and Bruce.

Lorraine’s Airbnb was better than the pictures! The creativeness in every corner was so lovely, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful snacks, drinks, toiletries available in the house. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we wish we had longer to enjoy the space.

The private studio was all the space we needed. After a long trip that wasn’t yet finished we wanted a small space so we could have a base to relax. It was quiet, private and allowed a good night sleep. We sat outside and enjoyed the gas fire bowl. The inside is a nice retreat with a full sectional couch to sit on, a high top table if food prep or computer work needed to be done and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Great place for our family. Eliza and Brad were very responsive and gave wonderful recommendations. The location was close to everything for us. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Karina went above and beyond for us. We had to literally make a last minute reservation for the same day and Karina made it happen. We had an issue with Airbnb so Karina called them. Minutes later Airbnb called us and corrected the issue. The place was exactly as described. Everything was absolutely wonderful. You can't go wrong staying at this home. Highly recommend.

We were in town to visit Knoxville and catch a Smokies game. The unit was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood south of Knoxville about 15-20 minutes from downtown. We met Mariel in person and she was very friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

The suite met our expectations. It had many nice features and was well kept. The location is within easy walking distance of a nice park.

Cheryl's place was amazing! Exactly as described, super clean, and very peaceful. We were greeted with Christmas music and a cozy, welcoming space from the moment we walked in. We had plenty of space and Cheryl was proactive and friendly- offering suggestions and answering questions we had. My family commented it was the best Airbnb we've stayed at yet.. and we've stayed at several. Super convenient to many things; we especially enjoyed SkyLand Ranch! Highly recommend!

We had the best experience this weekend. Michele is a wonderful host. She was very thoughtful and kind to us. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The atmosphere was very peaceful and serene as well. I will definitely book again in the future!

My family and I stayed at Michelle’s place and it was absolutely incredible! Very quiet and secluded. Michelle was patient and kind. The house is beautiful and looks just as it looks in photos. My wife said everything smelled amazing and was super clean. I’d have to agree. 10 out of 10. No regrets!!!!

This place was very clean and just as described. It was a perfect location for us. It was a very short drive to the Univ area, Gay Street, and the Old Town area. Lots of fun shops and restaurants to explore. As others have noted, this is a basement apt and the thermostat is not in your control. However, there is an efficient space heater if you get cold. Jennifer was accommodating when I mentioned I was a bit chilled with the AC and she adjusted the thermostat. This apt is very spacious and very quiet. And the back yard is very peaceful. And in a very quiet neighborhood. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

This is a beautiful cabin in a great neighborhood. It was clean and the furniture and bed were all so comfortable. It is very close to the attractions. So glad we were able to find this rental. We would definitely stay again.
