Monthly Rentals in Fordham

I stayed with Martha for several months. The space is as advertised and is kept clean daily. Martha is extremely responsive and helpful. It is very quiet, which is ideal for anyone studying. I would stay with Martha again!

Patrick is an amazing host. He gave me a ride on his car to show around. He is always responding if you are texting him. The apartment is close to the subway and it’s easy to get to city center. I stayed on winter and it was warm inside of the room. Sometimes I even opened a window to get place cooler, but you can use an air conditioner (it’s new). The bed was great, especially the mattress is super soft. There is a TV in the room, which makes this place more cozy. I would definitely come back again. Thanks Patrick! You are the best! ))

Lovely room with friendly and helpful hosts

I greatly enjoyed my time at Danny’s place! Super clean, very comfortable bed, and walking distance from my work assignment. Danny was incredibly helpful and responded to messages quickly and resolved what few issues I had without hesitation. I cannot thank Danny enough for his hospitality and will definitely stay with again the next time work takes me to the Bronx!
