Monthly Rentals in Florida Keys

Jose's place was perfect for our needs. The central location provided easy access to all the activities we had planned during our stay. The secure compound's private beach provided for some enjoyable time in the sun and--paired with the included water toys--a lot of monkeying around. The wifi and dual-monitor home office setup is a nice touch for those of us who need to remain in-touch with our day jobs during time in the Keys. Should also mention that Jose is one of the most helpfully communicative hosts i have had the pleasure of connecting with. Before the trip, he provided a helpful list of local recommendations tailored to the things we wanted to do during our stay. He also checked in with us routinely once we had arrived. Would be thrilled to stay here again.

Natasha’s place was perfect for our month stay. Was so cozy. Great deck and outside kitchen area. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was perfect for walks, coffee, tennis and pickleball. Mattress was super comfy. Would come back in a minute.

Would give this place 6 stars if possible. Exceptionally responsive host. Well priced for the area. Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped for a family vacation.

It was a little tricky figuring out how to get into the kayaks from the little dock with my luggage, but once I figured it out it was pretty much smooth sailing. I feel like the space is better for one person, it’s a lot in a little space, but I was comfortable traveling alone. (I just think if there was another person there it would be too cramped, but that’s just me) I loved kayaking through the mangroves. Made the trip sombrero beach. (Took me about 45min one way) I even saw manatees! The place was clean and comfortable. Deck wasn’t as big as pictured. Never ran out of water or power. Glad I had the second kayak to transport my luggage in. Would definitely be nice to have screens to keep the window open at night like other reviews mentioned. The breeze felt so nice. I brought mosquito repellent candles, but they didn’t work to keep the mosquitoes away. :(
