We were so grateful to find Ben’s place for our stay. The proximity to everything was outstanding! I cannot describe how convenient it was to find a place so close to the beach without staying in a condo. You also can’t beat having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach supplies already provided. This is by far the most accommodating AirBNB I’ve been too. There is also incredible water pressure which really hits the spot after a long day at the beach. I was also very pleased that 4 of our 5 days the beach was scantly populated which was also a huge plus for us! As mentioned it is a smaller space but it worked perfectly for my boyfriend and I.

This was home away from home. It had a cute ambiance and everything was clean and tidy. I’m currently in the middle of a move and it was everything my spouse and I needed. The check in process was easy and Ana was always responsive and available for questions or concerns. I have been living in Miami for a year and would recommend this place for those living here and for those visiting. Locations is also great as it is just a short drive to Calle 8, coconut grove, coral gables, the beach , etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely spot for a solo traveller. Central to many restaurants, easy access and lots of amenities provided by the hosts. Small space but they've done a lot of with it and gotten a lot out of it. Was perfect for my brief stay of two nights.

Stephen and Sylvia's cottage was PERFECT and such a gem in South Miami. I stayed while moving my son out of UMiami, and the location and proximity to the school was perfect. The Guesthouse had everything I could ask for in accommodations. The cottage is serene and peaceful, and located right next to the main house. The beddings were AMAZING and I slept like a rock with the calming sound of the little fountain in the courtyard. The Guesthouse had a delicious coffee and tea setup, a microwave and a refrigerator. For working, there is a nice desk and also an lovely outdoor patio table/chair. Sylvia and Stephen were wonderfully communicative, and very accommodating when I had to make modifications to my plans. There's a nice large TV and a beautiful, spacious and updated bathroom. I can't say enough good things about this property which is in a historic neighborhood with period homes that overlook the canal. It was so refreshing to live among the locals. I can't wait to stay again!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The backyard is beautifully manicured. Feels like a little oasis within the neighborhood. It’s truly a labor of love. Rodney and Susanne are very kind and welcoming hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Place is cute, comfy and clean, area is alright but still very close to everything. Andres and Sophia are great hosts, very accommodating and understanding. Will definitely recommend!!!

This place was great! It was clean cozy and a/c worked great! The on street free parking was definitely a plus. It’s also so close to wynnwood / art district which was the purpose of our visit. I would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Jonathan’s place was close to everything we needed to do in Miami. Quiet and peaceful, Jonathan was always available to communicate and answered any questions with clarity. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this cute place!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Deborah was incredibly responsive and flexible with our travel plans which we really appreciated. The house is gorgeous, full of amenities, super clean, and the private beach access is wonderful!

LeChicShack is a unique building that provides a home base central to exploring North Naples. Easy drive to a few local Beaches, shopping and dining. Beach chairs and sand anchored umbrella provided for beach use. Walking distance to North Naples CC; must visit.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything you need for a short stay. Within 600m there is a bus stop with a direct connection to the center. Vivienne quickly responded to the messages sent. The only thing you can complain about is a bit worn mattress in the bed. But still, we give 10 and we will recommend this place. Best regards

This is the second time we have stayed with Paul and Constantine once in the house and this time in the Studio. They are both wonderful only steps away from the heart of Wilton Manors. We especially love the pool and the outdoor shower. A great place to chill during a hot day by the pool and go out for some fun at night. Thank you!
