Beach house holiday rentals in Florida Keys

Book this house! Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need from pool towels to kitchen amenities! The house is in a quiet area with ample parking and only a couple minute drive from all the restaurants and attractions Marathon has to offer. A few key features to note. The screened in pool and outdoor outdoor shower were such a nice touch after being on the boat all day, the ice machine was priceless to refill the boat coolers everyday and not have to spend a fortune on ice at the bait shop! Beds were comfortable, couch was large and accommodating for my family of 4! The house was clean and bed linens were good quality. Plenty of outdoor seating from chairs to loungers. The fish cleaning station and power plug in station for the boat were a nice touch. Vaca Cut was a short 5 minute boat ride North or you can head South by boat 5 minutes to the 7 mile bridge. We will definitely stay here again!

This home is even more than the pictures show! It is an extraordinary home for people who love the sun, shade, beach, and the beautiful home just makes it a luxurious vacation. I could not find one aspect I didn’t love.❤️

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze.

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

The house was exactly how it was described online. Everything was well marked. Lots of stuff to do at the home. Very spacious and well maintained. There were only 7 of us, so lots of extra space. The pool is on the perfect side so your not blasted with the late afternoon sun. However, there is a huge umbrella in case it is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked so nothing was needed. There is a BBQ grill as well as a flat top which is nice for outside cooking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow if your a particular pillow person (we love our feather pillows), house pillows were not feather ones. If you rent here and have a boat definitely go to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel. Never saw so many fish in one place. The Conch Cafe and Coast to Coast pizza are both great food restaurants and walkable from the home. Publix is so close it was a daily visit. Truly enjoyed the week stay!!!!!

Great hosts! This small town gem was beyond perfect for our little family fishing stay! Simply easy, relaxing, peaceful the entire time. Also overly well stocked home too! Plenty of parking for our trailer & truck right in front. The swing of the tides can be pretty big. The huge plus for us was having the floating dock for tie off and kept the boat away from any dock pilings. Kids were completely comfortable here too! Thank you again!

There were five of us in the house and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was super clean. The location directly on the water was overwhelming as expected. Everything that is needed was there. The kitchen and terrace were very large and the mattresses were very comfortable. Key West is about 30 minutes away. Check-in and check-out as well as contact were completely unproblematic. We will be back!

We loved The Toasted Coconut! Everything about our stay was amazing but what made it above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, were the added accommodations. Since we flew from out of state, we were very limited on the things we could bring. Katie had a high chair and pack and play ready for my little one upon arrival! This was extremely helpful and definitely took some stress off our shoulders! Not to mention, made life easier for our 1 year old! Thank you Katie and Cody for welcoming your home to us!

My family had a wonderful stay here. We had a minor issue with the keypad when we first arrived but after contacting Kate she immediately called us right back so we were able to get in. The pool and the game table were a big hit with my daughters. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful to take walks and not too far from restaurants and the beach.

Amazing views and ocean breeze! Modern and clean home which I appreciated. Only thing I could ask for but it’s strictly on my wishlist is an elevator. I was dealing with a knee injury so the steps were tough but worth it when you get to the balcony and enjoy that view! Couldn’t ask for a better stay and vacation in the Keys with my family!

The house was exactly as pictured and in a very peaceful community. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch (two of our group opted to sleep on the couch itself instead of pulling out the sleeper sofa, and said it was pretty comfy!). Several of our group enjoyed using the bikes at night, and while we didn’t use the kayaks, it’s nice they were available. We didn’t get to do everything we hoped to do on our trip to Keys, but we plan to stay here again someday when we come back!

This is the 1st time stopping at Emmanuels villa, We had a great time here very, the villa clean and spacious. Emmanuel was very responsive and very helpful . The villa has a large pool which is excellent and great for swimming and it is extremely private. The villa had everything you needed for the beach ie. brolly , backpack chairs Sun hats and the foldable trolley which is a must when going to the beach. all in excellent condition. we were very sad to leave and hope to return in the future. we have holidayed 27 times in Florida, and found this villa to be up there with some of the best we have stayed. we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in Marco island , and having a great host makes a very smooth enjoyable experience. We had an incredible stay in Venture Out in this home. We needed a place to dock our 24 ft boat and we were able to keep it right behind the house in the canal. There was a hose for washing down the boat and flushing the motor each night which was great. We were able to boat to Marathon, Key West, and Content Key although pretty long trips, we could do all three and that's why we stayed in Cudjoe. The home was perfect for the three of us and there were plenty of restaurant options both by car and boat. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

This house is AMAZING!!! The house had everything we needed and MORE! The location is perfect too. You can literally just walk to the beach. No need to worry about parking or using Uber, just get out of bed and walk to the beach. Clint and Amber are the best hosts you’ll find on Airbnb. We’ve had other hosts take hours to respond to our messages. That’s not the case at all with Clint and Amber. They’ll take care of your issues within minutes and they will not stop until they make sure you have the best experience at Marco Island. I can see now why this house is always booked. Awesome house plus perfect hosts means amazing experience. That’s what you will find here. Thank you Clint and Amber for allowing us to spend a couple of nights at your house. We’ll definitely be back.

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Great place with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the moon rise and the sunrise each day. Fun week!

Clean and neat home on a quiet canal. Neighbors were even friendly! Good amount of parking. Home is clean and well laid out. Airy living room just off the open kitchen. Large master bedroom and bathroom. We felt very comfortable there.

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We loved the gorgeous property and all the lovely decor inside! Property was extremely clean and Sandy was so kind and helpful! We spent almost every evening in the hot tub! The home had everything we neded for an awesome week and was in a great central location, close to everything we wanted to do! There are 7 of us in our family. We come to the keys for scuba diving vacations. We’ve stayed at a lot of different places in the keys, but now we don’t want to stay anywhere else! Yuni was awesome, and very responsive. Best host we’ve ever had—I truly mean that. The house layout open design on the main floor really fit our family, and gave our newly weds a space to themselves in the bottom bedroom suite. the kitchen was so well stocked—we do all of the cooking ourselves so this was super important to us and it had absolutely everything we needed!! The pretty yellow plates were so cute! the patio area allowed us to grill fish and visit with the grill master while sitting on the comfy outdoor furniture. The dining table is big enough for all of us to eat and play board games. The L-shaped couch in the living room is comfy and we could all sit in that space comfortably to watch a movie. Bathrooms on every floor really helped with our group size too. Best beach house and host ever!

Great place! Very spacious, nice dock and out door and area to enjoy with the pool! It was nice having a large deep freezer for ice and fish!

Just what our family needed. As a new Florida resident it’s safe to say the Keys rank up there as one of my favorite places to visit. Rhonda’s home felt like our home. We enjoyed the pool and bikes. A local restaurant The Bent Prop bar and grill was a treasured find. My husband and I met the owner who is from the same area as us in Maryland. If you’ve ever wondered what Maryland Cream of Crab soup taste like… that’s the place to get it from! Can’t wait to book us again for next year!

The pictures of this house, while gorgeous, do not do it justice. Not only was the house immaculate and spacious, it has the most stunning view. It is very close to shops and local beaches, and it's centered in between Key West and Islamorada. Yery, our host, was also very helpful and proactive with the one and only challenge we faced. I really can't say enough about this rental. It was spacious enough and contained all the amenities my family of seven could possibly need, including space for our dog. It has the most amazing view of the turquoise water of the Keys. It quite literally checks every box for a checklist of paradise, and I can't wait to go back!
