Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay in Florence! We were immediately greeted by Marco who showed us around the Airbnb and offered many other fantastic restaurant and experience recommendations. He continued to be at our disposal our whole stay, and even helped make us dinner reservations, which was very helpful. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony, and was walkable to the rest of the city !!

Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

The apartment was furnished with great attention to detail and had more amenities than we would have needed for one night. Michele was easy to reach and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly reach the city center and all the sights.

I stayed a little over a month and it was a great stay! Market 7 min walk, bus stop nearby, city center a good 45 min walk. Apartment just like the photos, host Elisa always responded promptly. I only had a problem with the freezer, which I had to defrost because it produced a lot of ice, and with the refrigerator, which lowered the temperature on its own. Since I was storing insulin, I was worried, but I already notified the host and she will certainly check it. A good stay for those who prefer to stay outside the tourist center.

Marta welcomed us to the apartment and was attentive to us and also recommended places to go and things to do. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Well connected to the station and the center of Florence.

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

Wonderful host who is very helpful and waiting for us at check in, showed us the place. Impressed at how well equipped the apartment is, many useful amenities provided. Before and during the stay, Tommaso was very responsive and gave us help when we asked. Big plus is no need to carry up all our heavy suitcases upstairs as the apartment is located on the ground floor. Also flexible in check in and cleaning arrangements. Appreciate a lot! Thank you

This was a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Alice had great recommendations for dining. The grocery store and public transportation was conveniently located. The apartment was very nicely decorated.

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Nada and her daughter Viola have created a stunning home which provided a beautiful setting to recharge and rest for the next leg of our trip. Both Nada and Viola were communicative, friendly, and available to address any issues (not that there were many). Viola created a fun cooking class and was even able to cater it to my sister’s gluten free diet. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, and definitely do the cooking class. A unique space, the apartment has real art downstairs in an open plan kitchen / lounge area, opening up to a beautiful garden with large pool and views of the rolling hills (the photos don’t quite do it justice!). Comfy bed, air conditioned, washing machine included and all the amenities we needed - we made good use out of the bialetti! Bianca was very responsive and even helped with wine tasting recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay. Definitely don’t miss out on this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Caterina's place is a real gem, I chose it for work needs and I felt really good. Clean ,tidy, equipped with all necessary comforts. It was very well served by buses that connect you with the center, it has close to many supermarkets, bars and great bakeries. Really great experience!

We absolutely loved this place. The rooftop balcony was amazing and had the best view of the Duomo. We loved spending our mornings and evenings sitting there. It was a nice location because it was a 15 minute walk to the Duomo so you could be in the heart of Florence quickly, but were able to be out in a quieter area when you wanted to get away. There was a very nice cafe near that we enjoyed coffee and pastries at every morning. Jonny and Michelle were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. They even were able to accommodate an early check-in so we weren't stuck dragging around our luggage for hours. If we were back in the area, I would book again!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

Deanna warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home in the heart of Florence. Communication with her was effortless throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and incredibly spacious for four people, with two separate bedrooms. The bed was absolutely divine! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk from the train station and all of Florence’s iconic landmarks. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Grazie mille, Deanna!

We had a last minute travel change due to a flight delay and Fabrizio was responsive and reassuring. We were greatly appreciative of that. And we loved the apartment

We absolutely loved staying at Carolina’s place. Perched above the beautiful Tuscan valley, it was a dream come true. Each day we explored a new walking trails and usually landed in Greve. There were grocery shopped and enjoyed excellent cappuccino and gelato. We didn’t have a car and that allowed us to walk more and explore this beautiful area more deeply. No need to go elsewhere. (We used a service called Connecto that picked us up at the airport and brought us straight to Montefioralle. We also pre booked our return trip.) Carolina’s place was beautiful and clean, plus the kitchen was well out fitted for all the cooking we enjoyed. We hope to return next year. Thank you Carolina!

Alessandra’s apartment is in a fantastic location. She met us during check in and provided recommendations on local attractions and food options. She was very responsive and even coordinated our taxi ride back to the train station at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.
