Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Florence

A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Great stay, located in the heart of Florence. Host was flexible with letting us drop bags early for free. Any issues that popped up, they were very quick to work with us to fix. Would recommend!

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of a dream. It was perfect for my partner and I. The location was walkable to the city center and the hosts were so friendly, giving us so many great recommendations. The apartment itself was perfect for two people and very clean. Hopefully I get to return to Florence soon, and if I do I will make sure to stay here again.

We had a superb stay. Excellent location to walk to the sights within 10 -15 minutes. The private balcony was a treat. The air con was first class and the frescoes in the bedrooms were a special delight. On first floor so easy access. Lovely restaurant just round the corner and Santa Spirito restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Great hosting and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

I was very satisfied with Jacopo's accommodation. Kindness and quick response. Above all, I don't think I'll forget the view of the Duomo and Florence from the terrace. I miss it already.

Our families 7 night stay at Ponte Vecchio was 10 🌟 PERFECT in every way. In the midst of fabulous, frenetic Firenze we found calm, quiet, & the intimacy of nature close to everything. The spacious, beautiful & bright apartment is sophisticated, artistic, comfortable & is equipped with all necessary details. Our host Riccardo was helpful from the moment we booked until he bid us farewell the morning we left, insuring the taxi he got us was suitable. He greeted us with warmth introducing us to our home away from home with fresh plants, wine, cold drinks-a kind, thoughtful touch. We awakened to the intoxicating scent of Jasmin & magpies each morning savouring our cappuccinos from downstairs. The restaurants Riccardo recommended were two of our favourites in all our travels with no exception. You experience with your whole being the quality & passion. Specialty shops & our fav. lunch trattoria Dei Rossi around the winding streets. We will return & stay at Ricardo’s. Grazie, Grazie 🙏

A peaceful place in the center of town. There is no lift but Niccolo’s colleague offer to help. We love the terrace and trees surrounding, local restaurants nearby. Niccolo is very warm and check on us, make us feel welcome. She also provides restaurant recommendations. It’s also possible to leave luggage after check out, which is great convenience for us.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

I recommend! Perfectly positioned, clean , neat, ideal for a getaway in Florence, it was just what we needed. Rita is also a welcoming and friendly host.
