This is a private Room in a shared apartment. We will be present in the Unit during the guests’ stay. We live in the apartment. Also, you will be greeted by our playful Frenchie Blue, who loves meeting new guests. We are happy to share common spaces with our guests when the time allows us. Our home is equip with AC/heat, study desk and private TV, also common spaces including dining area, bathroom and kitchen. We try to keep everything neat and tidy and we expect the same from our guests.

We are a Hispanic family from Colombia and Ecuador. We live in a very nice neighborhood in Queens in a three-story building (with optional parking for an extra fee) of which we occupy the third floor. Our family consists of our 9yo son, our 24yo daughter, our 8 month old dog (a Yorkie), my husband and I. We hope to open our home to people from all over the world, who are looking for a homelike atmosphere in NYC.
