Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East River

Win was so sweet! The place itself was just like the photos & description. I had no trouble finding it or getting in. The place is great for someone who needs a place for a short visit or someone traveling on their own. Bus stop was a short walk away. Win went above and beyond and provide me some bedside water. Win was friendly and checked in on me to make sure everything was going smooth. I recommend booking a stay with Win!!

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

Place was great. It was clean and comfortable. Rooms have private electric lock so it was easy to feel secure. She even provided towels on arrival - pleasant surprise. Cindy was very responsive, responded almost immediately when I arrived. Will stay again when I come back to flushing

Our stay was comfortable! Lourdes was a great host. Very accommodating. Her place is cozy, clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved being able to escape and sleep someplace quiet after spending all day running around the city. Both beds are comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Perfect for 2 people.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Eugene's apartment in Astoria was convenient, very close to the metro, restaurants and shops, it was quiet, clean and had all the necessities a traveler needs. The Lincoln Super Market across the street had a great selection, as well as the Trade Fair Supermarket on Ditmars boulevard. The distance to Manhattan Times Square from the Astoria-Ditmars Blvd station was 25 minutes. The internet was stable with no problems, the apartment building had an elevator and the owner was very cooperative.

This was a true gem and we hope to come back! Had a great stay with our toddler. Excellent communication and accurate description.

Adham & Yossr's place is the perfect place to stay if you are flying into LaGuardia and don't want to rent a car. We were able to walk to Citi Field, Black Sheep Coffee & Amigo's Deli (both on Astoria Blvd - Amigo's has a GREAT chopped cheese hero), as well as catch a bus or walk to the subway station if you're looking to explore Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as listed with clear check in/check out instructions. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood and even though it's by an expressway, you can't hear it. Comfortable bed and the shower was awesome. If we're ever back in Queens, we'll definitely book here again!

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a great stay at Ken and Jasen's apartment! The location was great; walkable to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Grove Street PATH station to easily commute into NYC. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay for 2 nights for our family of 4. Would 100% stay here again on a future visit!

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

If you want to enjoy all that NYC has to offer but want to have safe, peaceful downtime in between all of that excitement, this is your place. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a nice living and kitchen allow you to relax and get away from the rush. Very peaceful residential street with easy in and out via a secured lobby. Subway is close also. Great place to unwind after a day/evening in the city!

The place was clean, well maintained. Perfect for a short stay. Close enough to walk to the train station that takes you straight to MetLife stadium.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
