Holiday rentals with an EV charger in East River

I had an amazing stay at this spacious apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described, clean, modern, and comfortable. The space was bright and airy with plenty of room to relax, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in seamless.

This Airbnb was everything I expected and more! I had a total of 9 guests, including myself, and the layout was absolutely perfect. The space never felt cramped—everyone had room to relax and enjoy themselves. The abundance of mirrors made getting ready with 9 girls a breeze! Madeline and Clay were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions or fulfill requests. I truly can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. If you’re looking for a cute, spacious spot with a stunning view of the city, look no further—this is the one!

Great location and stay

Sarah & James are wonderful hosts. Their property is just as listed. The apartment is very nice, in a nice neighborhood, and close to stores and restaurants. The private parking space is a plus. I will definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again. It was very suitable for my family of 4.

Arthur was quick and easy to communicate from the beginning of starting our vacation search. He gave simple helpful check in and check out instructions. Nice location, walkable to 1 of 3 beaches wecfound in the area. Arthur helped do research on a great Thai restaurant, suggested sites to see, etc and was always pleasant just to chat with.

During our house remodel, my husband and I had to move out for a few days with our 2 kids and dog. This place was beyond perfect. Everyone had their own space and we felt very at home!

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

We are so grateful to Colleen, who welcomed my parents after a health scare. We needed somewhere smoke free, clean and clutter free and this was the perfect home. The location allowed them to take gentle walks which made their stay feel like a comforting getaway. Her home was a safe haven during a challenging time. The location was perfect for our needs and only 7-10 minutes from Arbor Terrace where the family matriarch celebrated her 100th birthday. Family, including babies, came in from all points on the compus and things were chaotic at times. Ronnie was extremely responsive to our calls and questions and very understanding and supportive of some of our unique circumstances. The home itself was completely as advertised and we would not hesitate to rent again if the need arose. We would also, absolutely, work with Ronnie again. She was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shante’s home! We used to live in the area and had returned for a family event. The house was easily accessible and exactly as described. The fun basement set up left no shortage of places to hang out, and the 5 bedrooms let us stretch out. We were able to do laundry, play games and spend LOTS of time in the excellent back yard! Not only did Shante have kid and baby gear for us (kids are 7, 4 and 1), but a wonderful Canterbury park was just a 5 minute walk away!! We spent hours in the yard and at the park! We had every item we needed in the house, and enjoyed visiting our old neighborhood!! Shante was great to work with and extremely responsive, we will definitely be back again soon!!

Beautiful Airbnb! Very comfortable and pristine with amazing accommodations. Alex was very responsive with all questions I had. He also was able to accommodate me when I requested to have another day at Airbnb. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! 5 stars

Quiet ,safe neighborhood. Public transportation is within walking distance and there's shopping & restaurants nearby . Mattress in bedroom is soft- not firm - lots of pillows - it was still comfortable. The couch mattresses are very thin - not comfortable at all. I loved having a kitchen and being able to prepare breakfast at the start of our day. Washing machine/ dryer were a definite plus.

Easy check in, place is bigger than the pics give it credit, place easily fit my wife and I, another couple and single friend traveling solo. In case it’s not obvious from the pics, one of the rooms is a child’s room/ twin bed, just an FYI

Josefina's place was just perfect for my husband, our 17-m.o. baby, and me. Great location with lots of subway and cheap eats options within 5 minutes of walking. There are 2 big supermarkets within 3 minutes of walking. Although it's on the 1st floor, there are still stairs to the unit. The bedroom has a closet and the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom are more than sufficient. Josefina herself is the sweetest abuelita you'd love to come home to!! Incredibly thoughtful and generous, so easy to talk to. Don't think twice about booking this place, you won't regret it!

Unfortunately the host needed for time to clean the stay, but was more than happy to refund me if I could not wait. He was very accommodating. The place was very secure and comfy from what I saw.

Erika was incredibly responsive, and the place is very clean and comfortable. The area seems like in a pocket of a bad area, but it was hard to tell at night since my stay was brief - just overnight. There were a couple of abandoned houses on the street, but a couple streets over, there were beautiful homes next to Lincoln Park. Research the area beforehand if that’s an issue for you. Overall I was very happy with my stay. Erika was an awesome host!

Would definitely stay here again. The convenience to the park and ride station to get into NYC, close to met life stadium, and dream mall, free private parking, so many perks!

The place is just as pictured. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. The view of the city is gorgeous from the patio. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and about a 25-30 minute bus ride into the city.

Hi! We had a great experience at the Airbnb! The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the journal square is definitely a bonus! The place matched the photos and description. Both Divyanshi and Raja were very responsive!
