During the kitchen tour you'll see how we make our mushroom extracts and you'll receive a custom magnifying glass designed to help you examine the intricate details of the fungi throughout the tour. • Next, we'll head outside to the educational mural, which illustrates mushrooms that grow in the Catskill Mountains as we talk about how they grow and their environmental significance. • As we walk over to our mushroom logs, you'll learn about different growing techniques, species you can grow at home, and the benefits of log-based cultivation. • Next we will grab baskets take to the forest to look for mushrooms. We will talk about the significance of the mushrooms we find, how to identify them, and whether they are edible, poisonous, or medicinal. Once back at the Catskill Fungi Kitchen you are welcome to purchase a variety of Catskill Fungi products, including mushroom extracts, books, painted conks, local ceramics, and other handcrafted items. Make your own Signature Cocktail with a Pro Bartender

First we'll have a little chat about cocktails. I want to know your experience and interest in the field. Are you a complete novice looking to make more informed cocktail choices? Are you a professional who wants to push their knowledge to the next level? Somewhere in between? This can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes, and will include a little context from my part about where the Old Fashioned comes from. I'll also make you an old fashioned so you can experience it from every sense! After a briefing on tools and ingredients, you make your own! You can either go off one of my recipes, or take my ingredients and get creative. This part can take anywhere from 15-45 minutes. Depending on experience I have a multitude of ingredients we can choose from, so you won't necessarily be limited to one. Lastly, we cheers! Everyone takes their original Old-Fashioned recipe, and we celebrate our new appreciation for a timeless classic.

Established in 2014, me and my team have proudly been the first to operate Speakeasy experiences in NYC. We will take you to 3 completely concealed and hidden establishments. All 3 locations are completely hidden, no obvious bars in between. Some through unmarked doors, one through a secret wall and one inside a famous burger joint chain. Some have even won awards for their mixology and invented some of the classics. We will also show some tucked away landmarks and the friends building. We provide historical facts by history teachers with educational and tour guide licenses. Our facts are solely from cross referenced academic sources. Saratoga Springs Food Tour

We'll start our experience at the Old Bryan Inn where we'll learn about Saratoga's colonial history and hear a few stories about the ghosts who are said to haunt the inn--and of course enjoy some of the Inn's offerings. Then we'll head to the Saratoga Farmer's Market where we will taste a cross section of local foods. After, we will walk to Broadway, named one of the most beautiful main streets in America and visit a specialty food shop and 3 of the city's most interesting restaurants. We will then have dessert at a local award-winning tea shop after a tour and a tasting of exotic honey. The tour takes about 3 hours.
