Private suite holiday rentals in East River

This is my 7th time staying at Jennifer’s gorgeous home. I come to LB every year and ALWAYS stay here- I can’t give a higher recommendation than that. I am excited to return next year!

Wonderful!!! Lots of space and every comfort. Gorgeous private yard. Easy walk to Brooklyn’s cutest restaurants, prettiest parks, and convenient subway stops. Host was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times. Would definitely stay here again!

Sam and Emily were gracious hosts and provided a wealth of information before check-in about the neighborhood and things to do during our stay. I also appreciated their detailed check-in instructions. They responded to any questions I had within the hour. I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in NYC.

GREAT place to stay—immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, quiet, and comfortable. High ceilings, beautiful wood floors, bathrobes and slippers, a small washer and dryer, extra toiletries, great kitchen with nice appliances and provisions. We had everything we needed. Bus and subway access made it easy to get around. It was easy to get to other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Close to great food in Bushwick and some gems right in the neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at David's place! The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need (comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with towels and soap). The area is lovely, easy to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants, and well connected. David was very quick in responding to any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Harriet was a great host. The space was immaculately clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The additional amenities in the kitchen (snacks and coffee) were really appreciated. She also provided a lot of local recommendations and information on transportation. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay and appreciate the hospitality.

We loved everything about the apartment. Great space, clean, comfortable and great location. We were able to walk everywhere from Jeffrey's apartment. We found the neighboorhood to be quite pleasant and safe. Even late at nightbor early in the morning. Jeffrey could not have been any more accomodating and helpful. The beds & linens were very comfortable and we slept well. I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs 2 bedrooms or just wants to have a great apartment with great space.

This lovingly decorated apartment on Long Beach was the perfect June vacation for my husband and I. The apartment was cozy, well organized (Jackie thought of everything we could possibly need!), and very peaceful. It is well-located, easily in walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants - no car necessary, as the LIRR is just a short walk away. The beach was amazing to enjoy at all hours of the day, both in the sand and from the boardwalk. I loved my stay here, and would absolutely choose it again!

We needed a place to stay when returning home for a family gathering. Ron and Joy were excellent hosts. Their place was immaculate. Amazing backyard seating area. The apartment was immaculate. Lots of nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb beyond surpassed our expectations! It was comfortable and extremely well positioned. Loads of lovely nearby restaurants, shops, bars, a great park, and a close subway stop to connect you to everything else! We’d really recommend Franco’s Airbnb. It was perfect

This was a great spot to hang while exploring the city on a business related trip. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the train, direct line right into Midtown. The space itself was pristine and private, and I can’t say anything but great things about Adam and his energy as a host. Would definitely consider coming back!!

The host was wonderful and very friendly. The directions were excellent and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean-plus there were a number of amenities, including a Keurig coffee machine, snacks and water. A great stay and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again! Not to be missed!

Cozy, expressive, and incredibly detailed. The host truly thought of everything. You can tell a lot of care and consideration went into every aspect.

Harun was very nice, communicative, and responsive. The space was perfect for two people for a couple of days. Peaceful with a sweet patio on the side where we enjoyed our lunch. The off street parking was also helpful.

Wayne and Olga were incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful. The place was bigger than it looked in the pictures and everything was spotless! They went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving local restaurant recommendations since we were new to the area. I mentioned that my fiancé and I were celebrating his birthday, and they surprised us with Happy Birthday playing on the TV and a balloon waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We felt right at home and would definitely love to visit again. Thank you, Wayne and Olga, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Everything was great and as described. Very clean, very close to the train station and we were able to explore different places in New York easily. I appreciate the generosity and acts of kindest we felt there. We will definitely come back.

This place is a perfect weekend getaway

Truly enjoyed staying in the historic, renovated, and spacious Brooklyn apartment. I was able to work, make breakfast, and unwind at this stay as well as easily catch the subway to Manhattan, downtown Brooklyn, and other destinations. Apartment was clean and neat, and the in unit washer dryer was an added comfort! Thank you, Torbitt!

Blanch was responsive and a cordial host. Place is neat and good for short visits.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and had everything we needed. The backyard was super cute — perfect for relaxing. Everything about the stay was just right. I’d definitely come back! Anna was a fantastic host — super responsive and easy to communicate with.

We just completed a wonderful family stay at this Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and immaculately clean the unit was. It's clear a lot of thought and care has gone into making this a welcoming and comfortable space. For a family experience, this unit absolutely hit every mark. There was ample space for everyone to relax and unwind, and the layout was perfect for both shared moments and individual quiet time. All our requirements were not just met, but surpassed. The amenities provided were excellent, catering perfectly to our family's needs, and everything was in perfect working order. The location was fantastic, offering convenience and easy access to local attractions without being in the middle of any hustle and bustle. Communication with the host Marc was seamless – he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, few steps away from bus stop and walkable distance to grocery stores. We were allowed flexible check-in on our first day. Kitchen has all amenities and Patrecia was responsive and proactive.

súper attentive hosts, we had a couple of circumstances affect our stay yet they were more than willing to make the accommodations that we needed. Went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcomed. Would love to have them host again!
