Holiday rentals with a home cinema in East River

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

From the moment I first contacted Margaret she was responsive and helpful the reason I came back to the listing after looking at 50 others, you couldn’t ask for a better host every time I mentioned something she was right there to fix the issue, I asked about local stores as my son forgot his rice cooker he is gluten free and she had one for us when we checked in, she would’ve had less then an hour to buy that ! I mentioned I didn’t like the Bling and she immediately came over and swapped the bedding out. I mentioned we left Virginia at 9pm and drove all night and she let us check in early, and many other requests - she was always right there ! We are a large family with a large German Shepherd Service Dog for diabetes and my group can be needy she was super nice, sweet and helpful every step of the way anytime we needed anything ! she lives right next door and is eager to help her tenants have a great time. I would definitely stay with her again.

Eleanor was an AMAZING host!! The place was spotless and just 35-55mins drive away from NYC. We loved staying here and will definitely rebook for future travels

Brynda was and her home was beyond wonderful! If you are open to it, she really makes you feel like an acquaintance immediately which made the stay way more comfortable. Everything is tidy and clean, and she has plenty of accommodations like a space in the fridge, a space for your bag, and toiletries if needed. The host was wonderful to talk to and was very quick to respond. The actual room and house was a great spot to stay at for a visit to New York for a decent value. The bed and environment was pretty clean and the TV and mini fridge was a very nice addition to the room. The bathroom was very clean and the sharing aspect of it all was not bad.

This was a lovely place to stay! Very clean and nice. The theater room was so comfortable and everyone enjoyed sleeping in their own beds. We truly loved staying here and the host was genuinely so kind and helped us out when we needed it. At first we were confused on where the building was but we found it in no time. The only problem I would say is parking. It can be a little difficult to find parking and there isn’t a parking lot or drive way so it does make it a little difficult if you have a car. Other than that, this place was so nice and comfortable to stay in. I would highly recommend it for a group stay. The home was so cozy.

We stayed at Mark’s place for a weekend trip with friends. I was very pleased at how clean the place was. The linens smells laundered and the bathroom spotless. The recliner chairs were perfect after a long day of walking in the city! We would stay here again in the future.

We liked staying there whenever we needed something, the person in charge was always on the lookout, I highly recommend them when they go to stay in that place. The cleanliness, courtesy, the space inside the house is super spacious. I really loved the house a lot, the bedrooms are very large, a nice kitchen and a huge yard for any event we have when we are staying in those places. I highly recommend

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

Beautiful home beautiful location. The host was awesome. I would do it over and over again. This is one of the perfect Airbnb first time having an Airbnb in New York and it was a great experience. The host does everything so if you need anything done definitely contact her. She do a vent. She do everything wonderful place. It makes me feel like home.

Spacious apartment that was as clean as could be. New York City can be reached by bus, there are several routes to choose from. Genova was very friendly and always responded quickly to any of our questions. Would recommend :)

I was in town to visit a friend in Flatbush and mostly just needed a place to crash. I didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out in Tako’s place, but it was charming and quiet and conveniently located for me. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having my own bathroom, plus her cats are beautiful. I would stay here again for sure.

Tako’s NYC apartment is a comfortable and beautiful space. The room had plenty of daylight and fresh air. The common areas are cozy with some nice furniture, and are touched with Tako’s hobbies like music and arts. It’s filled with skylights in the day, and mood lighting at night. I felt comfortable and welcomed, like staying with an old friend from college. Tako is also a very accommodating host, and will answer any questions and requests, and will also offer a cup of coffee or tea! The bed-stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn is charming and homey. It’s a working-class neighborhood, so it’s nice if you want to be less touristy or want a more “authentic New Yorker” experience. The subways are about a 15 minute walk in either direction: G to the west, and M J Z to the east. Citibike is on the nearest corner.

The accommodation is really convenient to visit New York City and only a 6-7 minute walk to the PATH lines that go to Manhattan. Hoboken is a beautiful city also to visit with everything nearby. Pranay and Urja really welcomed us and gave us a lot of tips for our visits. They're great hosts 😉 Thank you!
