Monthly Rentals in East Nashville

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Lori was an amazing host. She was always super quick to respond even to the silliest of things. Her rental is so stinking cute and is way bigger than the pictures make it look. I loved the separated bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with quite a bit of supplies and appliances. Definitely look through the entire kitchen before you go grocery shopping. There are multiple grocery stores within 5 min and that was amazing. We traveled down to Five Points which is about 10 min away. It’s such a cute little area with restaurants and bars. The location is perfect as it’s 10 min away from Broadway and just truly makes you feel like you’re at home. The beds were comfy and loved that the master had a huge walk in shower with a tub. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Nashville. 10/10!!

A really nice stay! Place was beautiful and described accurately through photos and descriptions.... a very nice neighborhood in Nashville! It was easy to access and was close to shops, supermarkets and bars/restaurants [Aldi, Kroeger, Publix, Skinny Dennis, Mickey's, SS Gai (Thai) etc]. It was a close drive (or Uber) downtown too, such as Broadway and Music Hall of Fame ~ 10-15 mins. Has a beautiful backyard which I enjoyed immensely, sitting out there with a coffee while a beautiful Cardinal bird would perch close by lol. Bed was super comfortable, and BIG too. A nice private bathroom with shower/bath. Mackensy was a very responsive and helpful hostess. Anything I needed she was right there to offer advice or provide. It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.
