Pet-friendly holiday rentals in East Nashville

We had a great time & absolutely felt right at home! It was a quick uber to downtown & easy to find!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Overall the place was good and convenient to the graduation venue. suggestion the living room furniture you can feel wood when you sit on it so I am suggesting it's time to get some more furniture. The grass was a little bit higher than my liking it was a past my ankles kind of high.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Jason’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities in mind. The location was perfect, close to enough to downtown, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would absolutely rent again!

Great little place to stay! Very cozy and had everything we could need! Downtown was a short Uber ride! There were also plenty of places near by to eat and drink at! We would stay there again!

The house is in a great location. Bars and restaurants close by and easy uber ride to downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!

The home has a cabin feel to it and really great vibes. our stay was peaceful. AC was nice and cool. There are fans available and the house is super pet friendly. Dog bowls, biscuits and doggie bed were fun. All the extras were a plus. My hubby and I tested out the beds and picked our favorites... wonderful restful sleep. Christie was a great host and very easy to reach out to. My 3 dogs had a good time inspecting the huge backyard. Please do be mindful if you have small dogs, as deer also like the yard. Honky-tonk Central, the Opry, and the Parthenon were all easy to get to using Lyft. I would definitely recommend Christie and her cozy home. 😊

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Loved this stay! Close to enough to downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle! The host was easy to work with. Cute place, it was perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay that is walking distance to all the Nashville nightlife! Highly recommend. Definitely will stay again when I’m in the area.

Kendall was an exceptional host—flexible, attentive, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better—truly unbeatable access to everything we needed. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. Perfect location and the home was beautiful with fabulously comfortable beds, great outdoor spaces with fireflies, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Pete was an amazing, accommodating host and we will definitely recommend and book again!

Kelly was always very responsive, literally within minutes! The dogs and cats that roam the property were sooo friendly and made our stay 1000% better. Everything you could possibly need she has it in the air bnb! It’s very secluded so privacy was nice but it was also no more than 10 min drive to the city which was super convenient. 10/10 recommend!

This place is lovely and in a great location (right near Shelby Park). The place was clean and the host was super responsive. It’s perfect for two people sharing a bed, but please be aware that if you have folks who will be using the loft beds, it requires going up a very tall, very steep ladder.

Patrick was very responsive in coordination and communication. I personally did not stay at the property as my family stayed there as part of a surprise for my wife’s birthday. They were all very impressed with house and its location. I hope to stay there myself in a future trip to Nashville!

Fran’s house is private and in a great location. We appreciate that her home is pet friendly. It is totally enclosed outside, so it was safe for our dog to go out. Her place was perfect for our needs, and Fran is a very accommodating hostess. It was our second time staying there. We love Fran’s place and the East Nashville area!

Fantastic stay in this beautiful "century" home! Loved the bench swing on the front porch. Stared my day with coffee and ended it with a nightcap. Friendly neighborhood without too much traffic. A quick Uber ride to Broadway and only 15 minutes to the airport. Davey provided a ton of information and suggestions for what to do and see while in Nashville. He was quick to check in with me to ensure everything met our expectations and offered his availability throughout our stay. I highly recommend this home.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Barry’s. Before we arrived, Barry reached out and gave us clear check in instructions so there was no confusion. He greeted us when we arrived and had our dog meet his dogs (who were all lovely) so that they warmed up to each other quickly. The Airbnb itself was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was even a bowl of peanut m&ms waiting for us on the counter (dangerous, but a great treat). The washer and dryer in the unit was a great touch, as we were able to do a load of laundry before we headed home. The location of the Airbnb is phenomenal—15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. And the neighborhood is serene. We cannot recommend Barry and his Airbnb enough to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially if you are bringing your dog with you. Thanks for a great stay, Barry!
