Private suite holiday rentals in East Nashville

My son and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nathan’s place. We enjoyed daily walks to 12S and loved the open patio layout. The back apartment was perfect for us and had everything available that we needed for a long 2 week stay. We made wonderful memories here and look forward to coming back this fall!

We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Great location if you enjoy being away from hustle and bustle of the town, but also close enough to drive/uber to down town! very cozy home to stay in, shower is huge and the place really did feel like home away from home. hosts were super proactive with all instructions so I didn’t even need to bother them! would definitely stay again!

Flatrock cottage is a gem! Close to the city yet peaceful and relaxing. Hosts are friendly and helpful yet respectful. This was our second stay and look forward to our next!

My mom and I stayed at Mary’s place for CMA fest and it was perfect. Great space for the two of us and easy to catch an uber/lyft. Would definitely stay here again!

Ricks place was fantastic. We often like to stay away from the main downtown area and use something more closer to the local community. This place ticked that box straight away. The neighbourhood is beautiful and we managed a morning run/walks (albeit some steep hills!). Seeing the friendly neighbours and having a chat with them was great. We had a car and Ricks place was easy to find, plenty of space to park. Easy entry using the keypad and walking in for the first was like WOW! Very clean tidy and felt like home straight away. Rick was kind enough to leave a really nice handwritten welcome note with a small gift, not many hosts do this so Thank-You! Rooms were spacious and the beds OMG....sooo comfy. Wifi and TV were great with access to YT, Netflix etc. Everything is available to you in the kitchen. Bathroom is spotless and the shower is perfect flow. Laundry unit was easy to use aswell. Uber to/from downtown was around $12 and took around 10 mins.

We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed. Full kitchen with a nice seating area and spacious bathroom. A bit outside of town but easy to get to. Totally worth it! FYI If you stay here (which you should), the driveway can be a bit tricky to see the first time.

We loved our stay at Allyson’s place. It was perfect for us and her recommendations were welcome. The neighborhood (Historic Edgefield) is lovely and couldn’t have been more convenient to Downtown. Excellent base from which to explore Nashville. Allyson is the best host - responsive, gracious and helpful. The place was spotless and comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Katie and Aaron were excellent hosts! We travel to Nashville 2-4 times each year and have tried several AirBnbs, but none of them compare to this one. Their home is quiet and peaceful and was the perfect place to relax while our child was attending summer camp. The guest suite looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. We will be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay with Kate and would definitely recommend staying here! It felt very safe and was a quiet place to stay but only an 18 minute drive to broadway. We were able to hear a little bit of noise upstairs but never at a bad hour, we also used the sound machine and that helped us sleep at night. Kate was very responsive and gave several recommendations to us. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy and quick ride to anywhere that we wanted to go either in east Nashville or downtown. The bed/pullout couch were both comfortable. The shower was great and we had everything that we needed. Would come back again!!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

We loved our stay in east nashville! lots of places to eat close by, and only 15 minutes from broadway. I also really appreciate the video instructions on how to find the air bnb, it was very helpful! Would recommend!

Kim and Steve’s BnB is so much nicer than advertised. The special decorative touches made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. It’s very clean and we experienced great owner communication! It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with only about a 20 minute drive to downtown. As veteran AirBnB owners, we highly recommend this charming rental!

We had a great time visiting Nashville while staying at Barry’s place. We brought our puppy and Barry was there to greet us and introduced the dogs and his dogs are sweet and adorable. The backyard was like being at a park!

David and Julie were the consummate gracious hosts. Their place is absolutely spotless, has the most comfortable bed I think we have ever experienced in an AirBnB, and nicely appointed- from the fully stocked coffee bar with treats to the toiletries in the bathroom. Sometimes I think maybe I shouldn’t leave such a glowing review because next time we want to stay it might be booked out! But then I think of how lovely our stay was and how friendly and helpful Julie and David were and I have to share that with other potential guests.
