Monthly Rentals in Durham Township

We were there for Thanksgiving at another home so use the place sparingly in the evening and morning. It accommodated us greatly. Games books, and TVs entertained the kids. Comfortable. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely time at Penbuck farms - the home is gorgeous and feels cozy and lived in by real people, which was a welcome change from some of the more corporate AirBnB's we've experienced. The decor of the home is perfectly fitting. We were really impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked - we found all the tools we needed to cook meals at home, and everything was easy to find and in great condition. The property itself is gorgeous - it's a very private location set almost a half mile back from the road, surrounded by corn fields and right next to a cute creek. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and decorated. We especially enjoyed having access to a grill, and being able to sit out in the cute firepit area. Alyce was very responsive and easy to communicate with as well, which made the checkout process very easy.

Fantastic place for a large group. We were celebrating an 80th birthday and our whole family, including 6 children all fit comfortably. Tons to do at the house, and so spacious that we never felt like we were on top of one another. Game room and bonus room (top floor) are perfect to let kids be kids, and spacious living areas and peaceful patio views let the adults unwind. We’d definitely book the house again. 5/5

Beautiful idyllic setting in a historic area. Really special property. Hosts were easy to communicate with and, although right next door, they were very respectful of our privacy. We were an easy distance from Lafayette College, so it was very convenient for us. Great spot. Highly recommend.
