Beach house holiday rentals in Dromana

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

This place is beautifully located and cosy. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed chilling out on the deck outside. It was so peaceful and lovely being so close to the beach. We loved it so much that we stayed on extra night. Simon is a responsive and friendly host too!

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Amazing stay, perfect location pool was sparking clean and kids loved it. Good quality linen fittings and appliances and well stocked for dishwasher tabs, washing powder herbs and spices, cooking oil etc..Quick drive to Dromana shops or an 800m walk. Lots to see and do. Rye Pier snorkelling was fantastic. , Arthurs seat Eagle cable car very close also Enchanted Adventure Park well worth a visit. House was very clean and comfortable beautiful sea views from kitchen dining and lounge. All in all a great place to stay.

Rosewood Retreat was a beautiful house, spacious for a large group. My family and I had an amazing time here and everyone loved the house.

We had a great stay, we loved the amenities in the property. The location was also very near the beach and Arthur's seat so we had lots to do during our stay

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We had an amazing girls' getaway at Ana's stunning house! The property was beautifully maintained and perfectly located. We felt right at home and had a fantastic time. Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Paul, for making our trip unforgettable — we’ll definitely be back!

Marc's place was absolutely everything we could have asked for, for a short getaway with our young children. It even had a portacot and white noise machine. The study room can be converted to a third bedroom using the Murphy bed, but it worked out perfectly for us to set up the cot for our toddler, as with the doors closed up, the room was completely block out dark. The open floor plan kitchen/living/dining let us cook out meals and still watch and hang out with our kids without needing to be in seperate rooms. The linen supplied was comfortable. Truly a lovely escape home away from home. Marc was also very responsive, very easy to contact and willing to help if we ever needed anything. We felt very reassured staying at his place.

Evdokia was a warm and welcoming host. The house was just what we needed for the 6 of us. Warm and cosy with plenty of room and all the essentials for a night in. It is also only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops which was great. We had a lovely stay.
