great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

Jan was amazing host and she offered early check in as well. The house is a bit far from city but the stay is really good with all the comfort you can imagine. Stocked up kitchen as well. Will surely recommend friends for this stay.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. Comfy and cozy accomodation in a great location. The airbnb was in a great spot and was super clean and tidy. Alison was well accomodating with check in and check out times to ensure we could be ready for out even in time. Great stay

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.

We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a wonderful week at Ventnor. Jillian's home has the most incredible views and the house was one of the best appointed for all our needs - the welcome basket of snacks and biscuits most appreciated. You will have a great beachfront time away here !

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
