Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dromana

Fantastic place for our families to meet up and spend time exploring Mornington Peninsula. Very well equipped pad. I’m a travel writer so review ALOT of varying accommodations from villas through to hotels across the globe. This pad is everything you need for a comfortable, restful stay, a home away from home! We’ll be back.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

Amazing stay, perfect location pool was sparking clean and kids loved it. Good quality linen fittings and appliances and well stocked for dishwasher tabs, washing powder herbs and spices, cooking oil etc..Quick drive to Dromana shops or an 800m walk. Lots to see and do. Rye Pier snorkelling was fantastic. , Arthurs seat Eagle cable car very close also Enchanted Adventure Park well worth a visit. House was very clean and comfortable beautiful sea views from kitchen dining and lounge. All in all a great place to stay.

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

Richard and his wife were an absolute pleasure and their farm stay was perfect. The children had an amazing time with the animals and the play ground and trampoline were a hit! Overall very happy with our stay and will certainly be back again!

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! A great little cottage with views of a pleasant native garden. Very comfortable and well appointed. The welcoming touches and info provided by our hosts was much appreciated.

Carol and Ken were very welcoming, the place was perfect for us. It’s just beautiful. They have done it very well. It was super clean and comfortable. We were in and out a lot due to events but made it very easy. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying that place too.

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

My husband and spent a long weekend to remember at Cristine’s beautiful apartment. The location was easy to find, and it had everything to make for a comfortable stay. Very thoughtfully, Cristine has provided for all needs. We arrived to a lovely bottle of wine, some nibbles and breakfast ingredients ready to go. It is the perfect spot for a quite getaway overlooking gorgeous lawns, trees and hills.

A very cozy cottage, clean and private! The garden and pool were gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The driveway was a bit too steep for us so we parked our car on the quiet street in front of the entrance. It is located only a short distance to the Rye shops or an 8-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We had a wonderful two nights at The Studio. The property was cozy and well equipped. A great location, close to restaurants, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The fire was on for our arrival, which was very welcome in the cool evening. We had a weekend of rain so were unable to enjoy the gardens, but of what we could see from the accommodation - it looked beautiful. Carole was warm, welcoming and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time.

What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. Thank you Deni for your care and attention to detail, we certainly hope to be back again xx

During the week, Priscilla recommended me a lot of places, so it was great to go there by ferry. I was able to stay comfortable. I spent such a great time in Frankston😊

Pamela does hosting like a mother, with love and care. If you are looking a true Airbnb experience as opposed to impersonal hotel experience, you would have come to the perfect spot. She even drove us out to grab dinner since it was raining and we came by bike. The place is immaculate and details are well thought out. Definitely, highly recommend

if you are looking to being spoilt and pampered, then you have come to the right place.!! As an added bonus, if you like doggies, as we do, wait until Bailey and Tralee snooze their way into your hearts. You will be smitten. Occasionally, ever so occasionally, you come across a stand out establishment that is heads and shoulders above the rest. Our hosts, Helen and Julie and their " Rose of Tralee" totally fit the bill .A complete package of excellence in every way. We wani to keep this place a secret, for our own selfish reasons, but like all the other wonderful reviews, the cat is already out of the bag.. It has been an honour and a privilege to have stayed at the "Rose of Tralee", absolutely faultless.!!
