We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Waking up each morning to the majestic sea views was a real highlight — it was peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy living spaces. Its location was perfect for us — just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, which was a memorable experience, and close to Cowes for dining, shopping, and exploring. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee with the ocean as our backdrop or coming back after a day out, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Felt right at home in this beautiful house. Location is great and they provided all information needed for our weekend away.

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

Peaceful and quiet place that opens up to a pond from the living room, dining room area. Good place to recharge and be close to nature. We spent the mornings admiring the different birds feeding at the berry trees around the pond while sipping coffee. Plenty of equipment available to borrow. The access to the health club within the compound was great. Good gym with all the Hyrox equipment, fitness classes and 2 pools. Not the newest house but it is well maintained, and all equipment was working well. We had a comfortable stay. Good location to base ourselves for a trip to Wilson Promontory.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house with our 3 year old and 6 year old and my elderly parents. Who needs a tv when there was lots to explore close by. The house was so cosy and we had everything we needed. Anna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A great family stay in a beautiful home and location.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Would highly recommend! So close to the shops, and very short drive to beautiful Barron heads. We had four little kids with us and they spent 90% of their time out the back playing in all there was to offer.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

Nicks place was one word: phenomenal. Not only were the team absolutely amazing and helpful, but we went there and felt like it was our own. The home is as seen in photos, above the ocean in the sky. Surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. The walkway into the Airbnb was made to perfection. The team put a lot of effort in to every corner of that place. We even had a wonderful 90 minute massage done overlooking the ocean! As a female, to see an original GHD straightener for their guests blew my mind. The candles by the bath - the welcoming fairy lights. It’s the small things that made this place better than what i expected. The ocean, the home, the host. 100/10. Highly recommended to all and definitely will return.

We loved our stay at Tea Tree Hill. It’s a cosy place, and beautifully furnished. It was an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Dan was super helpful, responsive and welcomed our Labrador (house trained) who also loved the stay. Highly recommend Tea Tree Hill. Perfect for a peaceful escape away from hustle and bustle!
