Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Del Coco Beach

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Great studio room located in Marvista. Very close to Flamingo beach. Trails right out your back door and a gym that's only a 4 min walk away. Room had everything we needed for my husband and I. Colleen is a very responsive host and made everything very easy. Would stay again.

Sandy and Melissa have a great place within walking distance to the beach! the space has everything you need and is clean and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Perfect accommodation to enjoy with family or a group of friends, each room with its own bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need to relax. It was a great find and I will definitely return!

Incredible Villa in an amazing location! The peace and quiet you get in the hills is just perfect after you’ve had a busy day either in the city (short 15 min drive) or out doing excursions. The view and the pool are just heavenly, photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this incredible property in Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The home is even more stunning than the photos—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying our coffee with a view of the lush jungle and distant ocean was truly magical. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring, and the outdoor spaces made us feel completely immersed in nature. Our hosts were kind, responsive, and offered great local recommendations—from hidden beaches to amazing restaurants. Their hospitality made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with a touch of luxury, this is the place. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The rental unit was exactly as we expected from the listing. In particular, a covered area on the roof deck was perfect for watching the sunset. A few comments from other guests had given me the impression that it might be necessary to drive to get to local shops or restaurants. Although we had a car, we found that almost nothing in town was more than a 10-15 minute walk away. (That said, a car was best for a trip to the grocery store.) Jennifer and Brian were both very helpful and responsive, not only in addressing a couple minor questions about the rental, but also in giving some advice about the area. All in all, a very nice stay!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, worthy of a honeymoon. The pool is amazing, the lighting is artsy, the rooms are spacious, the set up is unique. You feel like you’re in a movie. I will be coming back for sure, especially since they’re upgrading and building new homes on the property which I’m sure will also be stunning.

The place is exactly as pictured and the hosts, John and Marina, were super responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations to help booking activities. Plenty of great dine-out recommendations with what to look out for and gotcha's. John really made us feel right at home and if we are returning to Playa del Coco in the future, we would definitely look to stay at this condo as it's very convenient and accessible. We loved it If I am really nit picking, then one minor improvement would be that the main gates could be driven by sensors to open when departing from the property instead of getting out of the vehicle to punch the codes - again it's really a non-issue but rather could be considered as an improvement.

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.

Scott's place was a dream!! Scott was super communicative and very helpful in preparing for the trip, as well as during. He accommodated our check-in needs, and was very available when we needed travel tips, and he's fun to chat with to boot. The location is great, and very safe, in a gorgeous area. I highly recommend Scott's place!!

Super nice stay with amazing amenities available! Great food and coffee options really close by and the town and beach was only about a 15 minute walk down the main road. We also utilized the concierge services for all of our transportation and tourist activities which was super easy and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic spot to stay at! The pool is lovely and it’s a very quick walk to the beach, the restaurants around are good, and there’s a grocery store right next door! The bed is extremely comfortable and it was so nice having a full kitchen. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
