Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Del Coco Beach

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was perfect for our 10-day stay in Playa Del Coco. Plenty of space for two couples, cool AC, great patio with pool view, well equipped kitchen, all as shown in photos. We walked to the grocery store, to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the beach club, the pools, and pickleball courts. Raquel from Brokers was very helpful and patient, proactive and communicative from the time we reserved through our departure.

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett Group’s condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Alto Mercado supermarket, making it super convenient. The condo itself was fully equipped, and very comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful swimming pools on the property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway!

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Elodie was awesome and super responsive. They shared very clear and concise info that made it easy to check-in, even late at night!

It was an extremely nice condo, and Alonso, the concierge, made sure we always had everything we needed.

What a wonderful stay. Can't say enough about this beautiful house. Absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean, the AC worked wonderfully, and the kitchen was full stocked. Definitely recommend utilizing their service to have the house provisioned before arriving. The daily housekeeping was amazing. We had rented a car, so we didn't need the golf cart option. To be honest, it might be too far a trek for the golf cart to the private club, but that's just nit picking as the weather was 90 degrees plus when we were there. The use of the private club was awesome, and we used it everyday. Right on the beach, great pool side service, and dinners tasted great. Honestly we have zero criticisms. If you are headed to the Tamarindo area, stay here and avoid an all inclusive hotel. You won't regret it.

Overall, our family had a great experience staying here. The owner and property manager were very friendly and responsive. The beach, markets and restaurants were only a short walk away. The house had all the amenities we wanted/needed, making it a very comfortable stay. The coffee they provided was so good we had to buy some to take home with us.

Absolutely gorgeous home that fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The sight the balcony presents was otherworldly no matter the weather and no picture does it justice, house was very modern and had lots of essentials provided as well as extra amenities. Overall An amazing stay with An amazing host who was extremely responsive and booked us excursions (zip lining and jet skis), gave us amazing food recommendations, and was ready to help us at a moments notice. A must book if you want to experience the best of Costa Rica!

Everything was great. Quiet, but also near restaurants, groceries and beaches. Communication was clear and quick. Very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend Claire's place.

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Las Catalinas over the NYE holiday. The home was even better than the pictures with beautiful views of the ocean & great vicinity to the pools & restaurants. The vibe of Las Catalinas is very chill & relaxing and perfect for a family looking to enjoy all the beauty that Costa Rica has to offer. We would absolutely come back! Everything from the moment we checked in was flawless & we had an amazing vacation.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
