Apartment holiday rentals in Del Coco Beach

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Sandy was so accommodating and kind. We really appreciated her responsiveness!

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. Karene's place is absolutely amazing. The space was clean and spacious, very private and peaceful. One great experience I had: I was sitting by the pool and in the forest I got to see a bunch of howler monkeys in the trees. Karene's place is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town, I used the electric scooters which make it much easier to get around. The beach is also very close. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Tamarindo.

This place was a hidden gem. Both private and near lots to do. Nadia was very responsive and so very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great spot for anyone visiting Del Coco, very close to city centre, just a couple of blocks from the beach. I enjoyed early morning swims and watching the sun set everyday 🤍 Diana’s place was perfect for me to rest and relax, the pool and laundry in the complex really made this the perfect spot unwind and enjoy my stay

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

The place is very close to beautiful beaches, without unnecessary noise, accommodation equal to what is offered on the page, clean, well equipped, very good attention from Andrés for all the concerns we had, the facilities very clean and safe. I would definitely come back in the future. It is advisable to have a high vehicle for these rainy dates, to be able to move within the area, since the entrance street is ballast

Melissa's place is a place I recommend to anyone who likes the proximity to the beach, tranquility, privacy and security. The place definitely met my expectations and the amenities of the condominium with excellent maintenance and the very friendly people. Melissa's customer service and treatment was impeccable. It became my favorite place every time I go to Guanacaste ☺️

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay. Really 200 meters from the beach, perfectly walkable distance with children. Great pool!
