Monthly Rentals in Clearwater Beach

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The pictures were accurate. We were happy to find the washer and dry in the bathroom. We enjoying the screened in porch. I was impressed with the quality of kitchen. We mostly eat in and the kitchen had everything I always needed.

Me and my wife had a wonderful vacation at Christinela's apartment. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the location and it was such a relaxing place to stay after a long journey or a day walk/at the beach. The photographs really do not do it justice, it's very spacious so clean, we loved it. While we didn't really need Christinela's help, she made sure it was no problem if we needed assistance. The beach chairs were a wonderful added feature so choosing any of the multiple beaches close by was easy. Also, it's very close to Dunedin, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach and if course essential amenities like a huge Walmart. We would not hesitate to stay here again... and if you are reading reviews of Avalon Apartments in Clearwater...this is just perfect. Thank you Christinela for helping make our vacation so memorable.

Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.
