Holiday rentals with a patio in Clearwater Beach

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Tim was an outstanding host, very responsive to all of our requests. Tim had the place spotless for us when we arrived and had minimal, but simple check out instructions. For what the place is I found the price very fair. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

The place was great and exactly as describe. We had 2 young kiddos and could walk to almost everything. Pool was perfect and beds were comfortable. We will stay again!

This placed matches the listing completely. It is a fairly new remodel and in good condition with quality fixtures and furniture. Everything was very clean. The mattress and pillows are on the soft side for me, but that is a personal preference. There was a minor plumbing issue while we were there, but it was only at the end of our stay that it became a notable problem, and when I let the host know, I received an immediate response. The location of this place is on a very busy road. We used to live in the area, so we knew that in advance. There is traffic noise constantly, and it wouldn’t be very private to leave the blinds open all the time. For us, it wasn’t a problem. I felt safe and when the AC was on, we couldn’t really hear the traffic (especially not in the bedroom….we slept just fine). If you want to stay close to beaches and within walking distance of some shops and dining, this is a good choice for the area.

Ashley has a great spot!! Very fun and comfortable, perfect location for an easy drive to the beach or downtown. We’d stay again!

The house is just like the pictures. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. I would definitely would recommend this place.

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kris and Liz’s place. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were consistently responsive with updates and communication. The pool was absolutely beautiful—we especially enjoyed relaxing in it during the evenings after spending the day at the beach. The home was very comfortable and perfectly suited for the five of us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having beach equipment available for our use. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach. Thank you Grace for a beautiful vacation!

Fantastic spot with so many amenities. I’d rent this place out again if I needed to. Quick drive to the beach. Lots of space and activities for a group.

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Kelley was an amazing host. The amenities were exactly what my husband and I needed. Everything is 10 minutes away or less for driving, and the beach is just a 30 second walk out the door. Kelley was responsive the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back if it’s available to book again!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

I would recommend this place to anyone!! There was 4 of us, plus our fur baby. I know it’s not right on the ocean, but it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beaches! Damian was an excellent host, responded right away. I had no issues whatsoever! The place was loaded with beach stuff, which we didn’t use. But, if you forget anything it’s nice that’s it’s available. Also had plenty of dishes if you want to make your own meals. He also sent a bunch of recommendations which was nice. The condo was very clean and homie feeling. The pool was nice, though we only used it once. We had a really quiet stay. I would most definitely come back to Damian’s condo. Thank you for such an excellent stay.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and some local restaurants. The Coconut Charlie Tiki bar was 200 feet away. Great food. Good drinks. I would definitely stay there again. You The only negative a TV upgrade is needed for something much bigger.
