Townhome holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach

This Airbnb is about a mile walk into the cute Hyde Park district. It is less than a mile to Publix and Walgreens. We easily walked and then took an uber back with our groceries. We found a super cute coffee shop called Jet City expresso with great breakfast options in walking distance. A block away is the Bay Shore trail along the bay. Purchase great views of the bay and beautiful homes. You can walk into downtown Tampa but this would be in walking shoes vs going out attire. Ubers were so easy to get! The place is very roomy with all bedrooms having their own bath which is nice. It is equipped with laundry and a coffee maker. Cindy and Ben were super responsive to all our questions. We will be back!

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

We had a great stay at Nimas. Easy to find and easy access. Off street parking was a bonus. We found the home clean and very comfortable. Convenience stores very close by(one located across the street) and grocery store only 10 mins away. A great location to head to any part of Tampa. We will definitely consider staying here again. Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

We were only there for the weekend, but would definitely love to be able to go back for a longer stay! Great place and Janelle made it extremely easy for us! Would definitely recommend!

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Ray's 3 bedroom condo is very comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom is well stocked with a variety of books to read. Being right on the beach, it has a great view and very accessible to the ocean. We used the kitchen almost every day to make a meal. The brand-new Samsung refrigerator was a nice perk.

We were there to meet/visit with family that own in Redington so this place was everything that we needed for our stay. The environment was very neighborly. close walk to ocean access and lots of amenities/restaurants etc. also the price is very reasonable for the location in my opinion. We have no complaints.

Amazing location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach is only steps away. The a/c was not working when we arrived but Ricardo had it fixed within hours of our check in. We would stay again for a weekend away.

We had a lovely stay! The place was super clean and everything was neat and tidy. The host has truly thought of everything that you could need! The area is also a very cute community, it’s quiet and peaceful here. The beach is like a 3 minute walk and the pool is beautiful. The balcony on the first floor with the table outside was perfect for eating outside and the upstairs balcony has a really relaxing hammock. My dad said “the doors to the outside are so clean and spotless, I almost walked right into them”. It’s also really nice the TV has Netflix and other streaming services so you don’t have to worry about logging in. The showers also have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There are also plenty of board games and books. Would definitely stay here again and it was a great value!

We had such an amazing time at Randi's townhouse! It was very clean and we loved the colorful eclectic style. the bathrooms had all of the toiletries you'd ever need (great quality too!) and the kitchen was also stocked with seasonings, coffee/tea essentials, and pots and pans to cool with. Randi was a great hostess, very responsive and super friendly. We would definitely stay again for sure!

This property is a jewel. It's only 3 blocks from the beach entrance. The entrance is grand with the stairs leading up to the front door. There are four balconies, two of them off from bedrooms. We caught beautiful sunrises from the front two balconies while we enjoyed breakfast before heading off to the beach. There's a lot of space in this home for guests to move around (huge bedrooms and baths) and the aesthetics gives it an upscale look and feel. I gave our visit 5 stars but wanted to knock off a half star because of the service we received from the 800 number when we experienced a water on the kitchen floor from a leak from the fridge. It was an obvious emergency but the call center originally said they'd send someone out the next day until we strong armed them into overriding the call script and to get someone out ASAP. We only had to step on towels in the kitchen for one night before we left. Overall, the stay was nice and we'd stay at this property again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to this incredible Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything on our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, & accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tampa. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough of the location. Very short walk to the beach in either direction. Nice little market and ice cream shop at the end of the parking lot. Super clean condo and lots of amenities inside. The large outdoor pool was a great feature.

We had a great stay at Ilir’s nice house. It was extremely comfortable for the 6 adults in our party, with super comfortable beds and couches, very well equipped with everything one can need for a short stay and well located in relation to the wedding we were going to. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to a Main Street to move around Clearwater easily. Last but not least, Ilir was very courteous and friendly before and during our stay and easily reachable when we needed him. As a super host myself, I can definitely recommend this place. Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

Pictures do not do this home justice!! Great location, great accommodations and Gerise was an amazing host, especially when I had user technical difficulty with the dishwasher!!! Absolutely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Just got home from a week’s stay and this place was perfect. The rooftop was amazing and everything so clean. This was our first family vacation with our grand baby and we made lots of memories. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. My son loved the bikes and we were walking distance from everything (wagons and towels, umbrellas and beach chairs were provided also which was great. We are already talking about coming back! Any questions I had were answered right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Rosaily is very supportive, welcoming, and responsive. I had to stay overnight for business matters and had to shortly book for a staying. However, she accepts and responds promptly, while also inviting me to a dinner with her family. Check-in and check-out were no hassle, while staying in was quiet and private. The space was generous for a staying of 2-3 people, which was close to the local attractions and business. This is a good deal!

Kendra’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations and delivered an unforgettable stay marked by comfort and cleanliness. The checking-in process was seamles and the home was spotless, beautifully and well decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a five-star stay in Tampa....

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. Juan was an excellent host! He was proactive with communicating and thorough with check-in/out instructions. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities one would expect when staying in an Airbnb. We appreciated having the third bed, as it was a major factor for us choosing this location. Additionally, the unit is close to everything—shops, a park, gas stations, a short drive to the beach. Its proximity to Busch Gardens, which was a 10 minute walk away, and it saved us so much $$ on parking! :-) Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return next time we come to Tampa. Thank you for everything!
