Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Clearwater Beach

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect. Quick uber rides to all the main spots. Rafael was awesome. Friendly, quick to respond, and had everything described perfectly for our stay.

It’s as comfortable as being at home – the house has everything you need to cook for yourself, including a stove, oven, microwave, and an outdoor grill, as well as plenty of space to store food. This is a private, fully equipped house with all the comforts you could want. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay. Thank you!

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Our reservation was accepted quickly, communications were fluid, proactive and responsive as needed. The pictures ARE the location. Quiet area. Beautiful surrounding resort. Located close to Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Both worth visiting if you have time. If we ever come back to Tampa…this will s the first place we are looking for. P.S. Wife says thanks for the quality toilet paper.

After staying here we decided it was a perfect choice for our unique situation. If you’re visiting your super old family in Sun City Center this apartment is super close (13 minutes away) and also 13 minutes from the ocean with plenty of open fishing spots. We were able to take our small dog without issue and the complex is well set up for a dog and two teenagers. The pool area is great and John’s apartment feels brand new and well cared for. Nice location, nice host and when we come back to see our old ass grandma we will try to book here again.

We had an amazing vacation. Ryan and Amy thought of everything for their lovely beach house. We spent a lot of time in the amazing pool. The house had everything you needed to unlock the door and start your vacation immediately! Great location. We can’t wait for our next vacation here!

Loved Justin's place. Very spacious. Definitely accommodating for a family of 10. Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the Tampa area. Close enough to cruise port and airport. Best part of the morning was the multiple versions of coffee pots !

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly the escape we wanted from the North East. The house was spacious and very comfortable with an amazing water view. I had coffee on the dock every morning. The owners were very responsive and ensured our stay was enjoyable Highly recommend.

Place was great for our extended family vacation. It's in a local neighborhood that was quiet but still very close to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable for everyone. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, outdoor patio, and movie room. We appreciated all of the little amenities and stocked mini bar. We had two small asks that they addressed the very next day. The kitchen was well appointed and the overall floor plan worked really well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

This place was very cute and a short walk to the beach. Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had!
