The condo itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious, making it ideal for families or extended stays. The quiet neighborhood adds to the condo's charm, creating a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. This beautiful home exceeds expectations inside and out. The inside matches the building’s historiy yet is up to date. The grounds and porches are well landscaped and peaceful with great furnishings. The area is totally walkable around the neighboring campus or to a charming, active downtown. Can’t say enough about Troy’s hosting. He was immediately reachable by phone and patient when we locked ourselves out. He anticipated our needs and at the same time went out of his way to give us privacy We look forward to returning.

Anne’s Carriage House apartment is truly a gem. This was a return visit for me and my friend’s Girl’s Trip. Hard to imagine improving on excellence but it was the case. The accommodations are tasteful and charming inside— well appointed, super clean and plenty of space. The kitchenette was spotless and well appointed with items for our use. We could prepare a nice breakfast before going out to the many local sites and attractions nearby. With the rainy weather we encountered on our trip, the dryer came in particularly handy. The setting is just as wonderful— Anne’s garden, and the meadows and pastures nearby provide a peaceful tranquility along with quiet and privacy. Anne is a wonderful host. When an unfortunate event happened to my car, she was caring and supportive, and let us stay a bit longer to address the follow up. Her restaurant suggestions were spot-on too! She always responded promptly and thoughtfully. I would happily rebook Anne’s place and hope to return some day soon

Honestly even more comfortable and spacious than it looked in the pictures- modern central AC and comfortable bed.
