Comfortable place, well equipped. Pleasant terrace. Easy walking to historical sites--and a supermarket. Sylia is very helpful.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished, but also in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

We had a great time at Roxana’s. We stopped on our way to Bologna. The place is well equipped, and very clean. I personally liked the bathroom very much. Would recommend anytime? b

We had a great time at Gabriel's place. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. Her bikes were very helpful. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach but a little far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minutes walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) who bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Roberto is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. It really is only a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 still open. Right next to the place there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear anything about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Apartment with a small garden located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful park in front. Not far from the center and the sea. Very well divided between living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with every comfort. We had a pleasant vacation and we hope to return

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

We loved our stay.

The accommodation is close to shops so it is very convenient. There is always a place to park, it is a luxury. After the visits, we can go to the beach very quickly. Our host is always available and at our disposal to answer questions. No difficulty entering the apartment, everything is simple thanks to his explanations. It's clean and spacious. For a short stay in Ravenna, you can rent with your eyes closed. We are very happy.

We stayed for two nights and overall we had a very good time. The place was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need, even with small extra comforts that are nice. The area is not really the most refined, let's say a little "spartan", but it is very close to the sea and convenient to get around. The environment was pleasant and the host was attentive and well organized.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx
