Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cervia

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

L'appartamento di Marianna è facilmente raggiungibile e comodo per arrivare in centro città a piedi. c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch in einer absolut ruhigen Lage mit herrlichem Blick in die Hügellandschaft gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und fühlte sich fast wie ein privater Pool an – ideal zum Abkühlen und Genießen. Auch der liebevoll angelegte Garten hat zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Adriana, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum Radfahren und Entschleunigen – wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Esperienza molto piacevole, Roxana e suo marito sono host molto simpatici, affabili e disponibili. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, molto carino e arredato con gusto. Dispone di tutti i comfort ed è molto pulito. Pur essendo giornate molto calde abbiamo dormito molto bene, l'alloggio è fresco anche senza dover accendere l'aria condizionata che è comunque presente. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, entrata indipendente e riservata.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Robertos ist ein super herzlicher Gastgeber. Sein Apartment ist ein schöner Ort zum urlauben. Man hat es wirklich zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten bis zum Meer. Dort befinden sich viele Strandbars, wir waren Ende September dort und haben noch 2 offene gefunden. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit den nötigsten Sachen. Einziges Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die Stechmücken, die besonders morgens und abends ziemlich nervig waren. Aber dafür gab es auch anti mosquito Spray im Hof. Direkt neben Robertos Haus, in dem sich mehrere Apartments befinden, gibt es eine Herberge (ein Hotel). Wir haben davon bzw von deren Gäste nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Roberto hat uns bei allem stets geholfen (Babystuhl für unser Kind, Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet) - wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Appartamento con un piccolo giardino situato in un quartiete elegante e tranquillo, con un bellissimo parco di fronte. Non lontano dal centro e dal mare. Diviso molto bene tra zona giorno camere e bagni. Dotato di ogni confort. Abbiamo fatto una vacanza piacevole e contiamo si ritornarci

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Sehr ordentliches und modern eingerichtetes Apartment am Rande von Ravenna. Das Juwel ist definitiv die Dach Terrasse. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr überzeugt. Gerne wieder.

Raffallella apartment is in a great location in the old town. Beside everything you need to see Handy to get to the station and the beach. She was so kind and helpful Can only say good things about her and her apartment Thank you for everything

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario, anche di piccoli comfort in più che fanno piacere. La zona non è proprio delle più raffinate, diciamo un po’ “spartana”, ma è vicinissima al mare e comoda per spostarsi. L’ambiente era piacevole e l’host si è dimostrato attento e ben organizzato.

Claudio è stato molto gentile e disponibile; l alloggio pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Super super consigliato!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx
