Holiday rentals with beach access in Cervia

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

We had a great time at Gabriel's place. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. Her bikes were very helpful. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach but a little far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minutes walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) who bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Matteo's place is exactly like the description. We felt like home and Matteo is an impeccable host. I'm sure we'll come back to it.

Nice stay in Lido Adriano. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop, next to Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi with a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious coffee. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, for us handy that we could wash clothes and hang them to dry on the other balcony. Gina responds quickly to messages and gave clear instructions. Recommended!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We were in Rimini for 4 days for work, Roberta's welcome and availability allowed me and my collaborators to spend 4 intense and demanding days in full comfort, and the private parking was very important for us as we had the van loaded with items for sale... Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Very good Karlo disposition, he waited for us at the point to show us instead. Good recommendations to make and very helpful. It is in the center next to the promenade and the beach, 10 meters from everything... Shops, restaurants, church, beach, supermarket, market... The apartment is very nice and well arranged.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!
