Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

The Cottage is wonderful. Everything you need is there, it's perfect for relaxing and you can cool off in the pool at any time. Lucrezia and her family are great, you experience Italian hospitality, especially at the wonderful dinner. Thank you for everything, it was an unforgettable week of vacation.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Mauro is an extremely helpful and kind host. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The sacredness of the silence all around invites you to enjoy moments of peace and regeneration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place to enjoy a weekend in contact with nature. We highly recommend it.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila, a sweet and affectionate dog, came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and has everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely be back.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

I had a long stay at scarlet's place. it has everything you need. the supermarket ist about 10min walk. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. you are also close to green fields for a hike, if you are sportive. The listing is further a way from Forli city center. There is a bus line about 5-10 min walk away which brings you right to the city. it is pretty reliable and comes about every 15-20 min, so even if you are not there with your own car, it's absolutely fine. Scarlet does have 4 dogs. They are small and really well-behaved. There is the occasional barking at other dogs, as dogs do, but they are small cuties. So even if you are not a dog person, it'll be fine. All in all, I can definitely recommend this place. Scarlet is always responsive and quickly attends to your needs.

everything was really great and beautiful. It was just a shame that there was no WiFi in the apartment. Only outside and by the pool. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
