The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really great attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and comfortable and everything you could need

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Apartment equipped with every comfort very close to the beach. We had a good time. He didn't make us regret the hotels we usually used to attend in the area. We stayed with 2 small children and they had fun and felt right at home. Clean apartment with modern and fully functioning appliances

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! The two of us spent a week in Andrea's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very nice, fully furnished, was super clean and you can also cook there very well. The location is right next to a park, you can sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the birds. The nearest supermarket is conveniently within walking distance, the nearest bus stop is only a few meters away, and from there you can reach the train station in 15 minutes. Andrea was very friendly, always available, he even picked me up from the train station and then showed me everything in the area. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone without reservation.
