Holiday rentals with beach access in Cervia

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

great location, beautiful apartment, host is great

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gabriel . Nous n'avons pas rencontré Gabriel personnellement mais il a toujours été soucieux de notre satisfaction. Ses vélos ont été d'une grande utilité. Le logement est à deux pas de la plage mais un peu loin de la gare et du centre historique de Rimini (25-30 minutes de marche). Seul bémol, la présence de plusieurs chiens (enfermés dans les cours) qui jappent à tout moment. Heureusement la nuit est calme.

Locuinta lui Matteo este exact ca în descriere. Ne-am simțit ca acasă, iar Matteo este o gazda impecabila. Sigur vom reveni la el.

Fijn verblijf in Lido Adriano. Tegenover het appartement is een bushalte, ernaast Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi met ruime keus in broodjes en lekkere koffie. Mooi uitzicht op de zee vanaf het balkon, voor ons handig dat we kleding konden wassen en te drogen hangen op het andere balkon. Gina reageert snel op berichten en gaf duidelijke instructies. Een aanrader!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo alloggio a due passi dal mare! La posizione è perfetta: comodissima sia per la spiaggia che per fare una passeggiata in centro. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto: curato nei dettagli, in ordine e soprattutto pulitissimo. Era fornito di tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere con gentilezza e tempestività a ogni mia richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! La casa molto comoda, con tutti i comfort, ben accessoriata e pulita. Vicinissima al mare! Francesco è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, veramente tutto perfetto!

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Elisa , super disponibile a qualsiasi ora e gentilissima . Appartamento a pochissimi metri dal mare , e dal centro di Igea Marina . Consigliatissimo !

Posizione ottima per chi vuole rilassarsi del tutto, ampia scelte di strutture balneari e ristoranti, ottima l`accoglienza da parte di chiara con tanto di bottiglia di prosecco, e durante il soggiorno ci ha indicato varie strutture della zona, ed è rimasta sempre a disposizione

Eravamo a Rimini 4 giorni per lavoro, l accoglienza e la disponibilità di Roberta hanno permesso a me ed i miei collaboratori di passare 4 giorni intensi ed impegnativi nel pieno comfort, ed il parcheggio privato importantissimo per noi che avevamo il furgone carico di articoli destinati alla vendita…. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Muy buena disposición de Karlo, nos esperó en el punto para mostrarnos en lugar. Buenas recomendaciones para hacer y muy servicial. Está en el centro junto al malecón y la playa, a 10 metros de todo... Tiendas, restaurantes, iglesia, playa, supermercado, mercado... El departamento está muy bonito y bien arreglado.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
