Monthly Rentals in Central City

We absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful Judy is, and how perfect this apartment is. Judy greeted us upon arrival, gave us a full walk through of the apartment, shared GREAT, friendly conversation, and really thought of everything when it comes to creating a peaceful, enjoyable space. The area is quiet, the property is beautiful, and the apartment has some really cool features. The heated bathroom floor is amazing! The front end of the Jeep lights up and is the coolest night light ever! We didn't have much time to play pool, but it was an excellent addition to the space. The kitchen was cool, and covered in diamond plate sheets, sticking with the Jeep theme and decor. The murphy bed is incredibly comfortable, and allowed us to get a good night's sleep over the nights we stayed. Judy is truly a great host, and we highly recommend her apartment if you're looking for a beautiful property and peaceful location. Thank you for your hospitality, Judy! Can't wait to come back!

I would give this stay a 10 star rating if I could. Could not have been more satisfied with the house and with Jay. First, the home is beautiful. The scenery and surroundings are breathtaking. It is quiet, and so very peaceful. Added to all of that, Jay was like a personal travel agent/assistant, it made our trip absolutely amazing! Jay was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (and I asked a lot) and also made fantastic suggestions for local restaurants, things to do, and even helped us secure our ride to and from Red Rocks for the concert. Do not hesitate at all in booking this place!

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

WOW! What a beautiful place! We enjoyed the historic surroundings, the view, and the house is a museum to explore!! Best night's sleep ever in the comfy beds. House has everything you need, plus character and style too. Highly recommend this one!
