The apartment was so clean and well-stocked, extremely comfortable and very convenient location--close to UT and downtown Austin. Blanca was also very responsive to all questions and requests. One of the best AirBnb stays I've ever done!

This place is great. You can walk to pubs and restaurants (really, 1-2 minutes) and yet it is very quiet with a countryside feeling. One of the best neighborhoods in Austin with restored old cottages and big old trees. The house is very functional and well decorated without being overwhelming:relaxed feeling. The off-the-street parking place is a huge bonus in Austin. We stayed for three months and we never had problems. The house is equipped for long stayings. It has a walk-in closet with washer and dryer; the bathroom is modern with a great shower. Fast internet. The house is surrounded by huge trees and the balcony on the second floor is perfect for relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, the bedding and towels high quality. If you work/study at UT, you can walk easily through nice streets lined with trees and cottages. I have rented other places in Austin, this is, by far, my favorite. Everything was as described or better...no bad surprises, only good ones!
