Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

Aaron's place is a hidden gem! perfectly nestled just outside downtown Austin. Just walking distance from a park, several restaurants and market. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. Aaron and his family are lovely and more than accommodating. I appreciate their hospitality so much. I will definitely stay at Aaron's place whenever I find myself anywhere near Austin. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay that's in the center of the city that's tucked into a quiet and cute neighborhood. Very convenient location, friendly hosts, and everything we needed for a weekend away out of town.

This place was perfect. I was visiting my daughter who lives nearby but doesn't have room for me to stay with her. This hip little spot is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet and cute. Lots of nearby yummy places to walk to.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property because it serves my needs and is cuter and more comfortable than a hotel. Quick access to important freeways and great breakfast spots.

This was a great space for a three night visit. Hosts were very responsive, especially when we misplaced the key (our mistake). Highly recommend!!

What an AWESOME place! My boys (11, 8, 5) wanted to move in permanently. We really enjoyed the pool and it was a perfect place for our family of 4. Allison was a great host and provided lots of excellent recommendations. The house was better than expected, super clean, and we would definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our weekend at Cottage #1! It is so close to Austin and Dripping Springs that it's a short drive to activities. the air bnb was clean, spacious, and so inviting. absolutely would stay here again!

Our stay at the Treehouse was amazing. Private, clean, cozy, patio had a great view, and we found some great places to eat in the area. We can't wait to stay here again. Also, great communication with Lesley.

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. We really enjoyed Alison's tiny house! It was cozy and private. The space was well-laid-out, comfortable even though small, and the tall ceiling and skylights gave us a beautiful view every time we looked up! One day during our stay a storm rolled in, and we loved watching the trees above the little house wave back and forth in the wind. There were nice kitchen touches, including good coffee-making supplies. Excellent shower, too! At one point we thought we heard a cat meowing, and after contacting Alison she sent someone right over to check underneath the deck and free a kitten that had gotten trapped. I would highly recommend this AirBnB. I hope to go back sometime!

Toa’s place was exactly like she described it. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, bed was super comfortable, totally private and easy to get in and out of. Definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to the Austin area. Would stay again for sure!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s. We absolutely loved it! Such an ideal and idyllic place! So private yet so close to every thing. Michelle is a fabulous host!

Loved it, just the right space, very well thought out, in a nice neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was very quiet and dark at night, great sleep!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Kristina’s BNB! Cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and it smelt like a fresh garden walking in because you’re surrounded by a garden! Instructions to check in and check out were super clear and easy to follow, and the host was very sweet on top of everything! This was our first time in Austin and I’m so glad we had a great first experience. I would totally come back and stay at Kristina’s place again. I highly recommend staying here for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. :)

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

felt right at home, very cute and cozy little space. wasn’t right in the city but was only 10 - 20 minutes from everything in downtown, it was perfect! :)
