Apartment holiday rentals in Central Austin

A quant apartment complex with the unit tucked into the back of the building, made for a very peaceful and relaxing time. We enjoyed how connected the apartment is to the area and Austin all together. We were in town for our son’s graduation, but I would rent this gem again!!

This is a good value place in a nice neighborhood. Sure there is some major new construction going on across the way, but you are in the city; there is construction everywhere. The construction noise only starts in the morning and is gone late afternoon. It really is not that bad. Anyway, nice place and pretty much as described.

Great views from the unit and the pool. If I ever have a chance to visit Austin again, this would be the go-to place for stay.

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

the view from this place is amazing! the bed was too firm for us, but everything was super clean and we felt at home. jason was very responsive and accommodating. we felt the place was quiet and private despite being in a large building. we were bummed that Rainey street wasn’t very lively and had a lot of construction, but other areas of town were just a quick ride share away.

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The coffee shop in the lobby was also nice and convenient to have.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

My sister and I visited Austin, and this place was great! Walking distance to downtown, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Check in was also super easy.

Sharissa's place was so convenient, walking distance to Congress Ave, gorgeous neighborhood, and the apartment was beautifully decorated! I communicated with our host and she immediately responded. We will definitely come back when visiting Austin!!!

Everything was great

The Airbnb is so cute and I love that it is dog friendly! A nice back yard for the dog and there are dog bowls for your pup!

Wonderful spot in the heart of Austin. Peach and Cynthia were wonderful and very accommodating. The property is just steps from Barton Springs and everything that’s happening in Austin. I’ll be back again real soon!

What a great, cute, clean Airbnb in the most perfect location! Located in a quieter area, an easy walk or scooter downtown or to East Austin, and several cute spots right by the apt. The pool was perfect for the hot days, and we had everything we needed for our time! The air unit is loud, but it didn't bother us- just seemed like white noise, but I could see how it would be difficult if you were a light sleeper.

Great unit and location. Pickleball courts located across the street, metro station and bike rentals close by, and plenty of walkable places for coffee or a bite to eat. The unit was comfortable and modern, with comfortable beds. The photo wall where prior guests can post Polaroid pictures of themselves was a nice touch.

Alex place was perfect for our girls trip! Loved the location and the views were gorgeous. Will stay here next time I'm in town!

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.
